Dr. Howell and his staff are amazing. He takes the time to talk and be himself with you. He explains any problems in an easy to understand manner. He has hours that are flexible for families. Finally, my son has special needs and his staff always made him feel comfortable and taught him that the dentist is not a bad place to go. I highly recommend Andover Family Dentistry.

This office is amazing! We recently moved here and they were recommended by multiple family members and friends. I wanted a family friendly office that was great with adults and with children so knowing my little nieces love Dr. Howell and the staff was very reassuring.
Dr. Howell and his staff are excellent with customer service. They have awesome phone etiquette, always smiling and happy staff, and are amazing at explaining everything. Very thorough and want to make sure your health and safety are addressed. They show and explain your xrays and plan of care so you understand the work needed, they explain the options and let you make your decision, rather than tell you what they are going to do. They also try very hard to accommodate your work schedule and contact you with openings if there are cancellations.
All around excellent care and they really make it an enjoyable experience. Glad we chose Andover Family Dentistry, they really make you feel like family!

I have had terrible anxiety when going to the dentist my whole life. After 3 yrs of not going to a dentist i finally went to Dr Howell.My first visit there i was terrified but soon was comforted by the calm relaxing atmosphere and very understanding staff. This is the first time that I have had an anxiety free visit while getting a cavity filled. Not only have i now had a cavity done but also a root canal . The office is all so nice and welcoming. My husband first called the office during the weekend because he had a very sore tooth. We weren't even patients there yet and Dr Howell called us back within mins giving advice and setting an appoint that Monday. Our whole family now goes there including 3 kids ages 3, 5, and 8. My 5 yr old just had her first filling done and did amazing. She can't wait to go back for her cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has ever been afraid or is just looking for a new dentist

Very impressive dentist with great office staff. We decided to change dentists after after having several frustrating occurrences when we started needing dental procedures on our children. We were told that our, 9 year old son, needed sedation for filling on an under developed tooth. Long story short, a friend, suggested Dr. Howell and we are so thankful. His bedside manner is amazing and he was able to preform the dental procedure on our son without sedation, lowering his risks for complications. Such a relief!! I highly recommend him for your entire family!

Dr. Howell & his staff are amazing. Very friendly and make you feel welcome. Like apart of a little family. I myself have 3 kids who see him, and they love him. My youngest has Autism and can be fidgety, and restless and he does great with him and I have never had any issues with the kids being scared of going back to the dentist! They really know how to make you feel at home and comfortable!
