I have not really had a bad experience, the girls that work there are so nice and friendly. They need some work on the billing part, I had some questions on my bill. I called on a Friday they said they would have someone call me Monday morning. Monday came and went when I called to verify my appointment I which was a week later I finally got to ask my question. Other than that great dentist and staff.
