I was in the other day to bring my son in To check availabilities for an appointment, and I couldn’t even bring myself to book the appointment after how I heard the dentist on staff , speak to his assistants. in my opinion this is one of the worst forms of workplace abuse I have ever seen in my life and I highly recommend that any one considering this place take your business elsewhere because the assistants deserve better and I sure as hell Will never step foot back through those doors!

Excellent care and friendly staff.
Had infected tooth, they got me right in. Needed a root canal and crown. Care was excellent.

We have been seeing Dr. Sweet with both our daughter's. He has put braces on both of them.. The girls enjoyed going to him. The reception ladies & hygentist are very nice . Overall a very pleasant place to go & Dr Sweet very caring & professional dentist..

2018 another year and another great experience with this company. Cindy as always was great, doc was kind and took the time to talk, the front staff was friendly as always. Just an all around great place to go. Hope anyone that needs great work done, gives them a try.

Had my first visit today. Very nice friendly staff. Didn't have a wait at all. Before any thing was done they checked my insurance to see what it would pay and what it wouldn't. I was looking for a new dentist. Pretty sure I found it. Thank you Midwest dental.

My dental hygienist was Susan. She was so polite, understanding, and caring. I hadn't been in in a while. And I honestly hadn't been flossing do to the over crowding of my teeth. She didn't make me feel bad in any way for this. Plus, I could talk about my faith in Jesus and wasn't shut down. And the new dentist; Dr. Chambers...He was one of the kindest, most understanding, and soft spoken men I have ever met. I just truly enjoyed their genuine care.

Worst experience! I lost my bottom retainer and went back to Dr. Sweet's office to get it replaced. I asked the receptionist if I could get it mailed and she said it was fine. After a week later, I still haven't received my retainer so I decided to call the office. They told me they didn't know what happened to it and that they would call me back. Three hours later, I had to call back because they never did and they told me the retainer still hasn't been sent. Dr. Sweet was so pose to call me back before the end the day and he never did. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone and I will never be going back.

Love the new dentist Doug Chambers! He is great with all including kids!!They are always accommodating and very helpful! They are especially patient with my kids. Been going for years!

Awful Experience!! I don’t have insurance so I called and made an appt using one of their specials and the hygienist took 20 separate X-rays which took over an hour!! Then she told me I would have to come back another day to have my teeth cleaned because she was out of time (they were still open another hour). The receptionist was the ONLY one who helped in this situation. The hygienist cried and sniffled the whole time. Once the dentist realized I wasn’t going to be able to afford the work I needed done his demeanor changed.
