This office REALLY does go above and beyond to try and help! NOT just their patients, but anybody! I was truly moved by your kindness Ross (hope I spelled your name correctly). Even though it was in my best interest to seek treatment elsewhere she spent SO MUCH TIME with me! Helping me with other numbers and resources I was really impressed and kinda sad that the office was not a perfect fit for me. I just HAD to leave this review because I have never experienced so much helpfulness, care, and concern at places where I was a patient, let alone spending all that time and energy helping me go elsewhere! To me, that SPEAKS VOLUMES for the care and treatment they devote to their patients! Thank you again!!

I like the office, everyone is really nice. The work done on my teeth is great. However there is a lot of employee turnover at this location. Since I have been coming the past 4 years, only 1 person (apart from the doctor) still remains. This causes procedures to never go smooth because someone is always being train. This last experience was the worst and cost me a lot of extra time. Even now my problem has not been completed, I have to go back again in 3 weeks. I like the work done, just be patient if you go and expect someone new to be helping you.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and a few cavities filled. Very comfortable, quick experience. No issues. Dr. Jensen and staff all made sure I was feeling well enough to leave and knew what my after care instructions were. I even got a phone call later to make sure I was doing ok later in the afternoon.

This dentist office has a difficult time with managing appointment times. If appointments aren’t confirmed they will give your appointment away without notification. This facility has high turn over which decrease capability of building rep-ore with their patients. Their staff has poor radiation safety-training/education issue? There is no lead shielding of their patients during X-rays unless requested. Dr. Jensen is not the best with children and will let you know if the child doesn’t cooperate that he will not proceed with treatment.
