This is probably the most talented and knowledgeable Dentist in town.
Dr. Lynne Schopper has practiced many many years. She has much experience in the dental world. When she was a small child, she came to the office to watch HER Father work as a Dentist in the exact building she is now located. She has been doing dentistry for decades. There's not a dental challenge she cannot address and make it right for her patient.
It's a pleasure working with Dr. Lynne Schopper when I am in need of dental expertise. I am speaking from personal experience.

We have been using S&G Dentistry for the past 10 years and can't recommend them enough. The entire operation is professional from start to finish. They have been great in introducing our children to dental health care and work with their patients to find a solution that works for both short term and long term concerns.

As someone who is very anxious when it comes to dental visits, they always make me feel comfortable. They have made it where I see the same hygienist (Keisha) and Dr G each time, so i know what to expect. I have been going to them for so many years, that it is like going to visit friends. They are by far the best office I have gone to since I moved away from my small SE KS town, and has that same small town homey feel. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

It's always a great visit when I go to S & G Dentistry! Kim has cleaned my teeth for over 20 years and Dr Lynne has been my dentist for the same amount of time. I would never think of going anywwhere else. They're like family and they also provide great dental services too!!

If I could give this business a zero I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Billing department is a nightmare to deal with. Kept me waiting for 30 minutes to solve a charge I didn't authorize during my visit ($55) and they aren't willing to waive it even though I've been a patient here for 5 years. Told me to go talk with my insurance to figure it out. Keep getting tossed back and forth. They're quick to answer to new appointments but not to current patients with issues. Billing manager says "it's not worth arguing" which is very selfish considering I am the one who has to pay for the bill, not her.

Told me I can "not pay it" if I wanted to, only to find out they will submit to collections if I don't pay. A shame they don't want to waive a $55 charge when the cost of a bad Google review is much higher.

First time patient -this was one of the best Dentist offices I have ever experienced. The people were very upbeat and friendly. The cleaning was painless and quick.
I had a couple cavities filled and they set the appointment for one time for my convience. The Dentist and Assistant were in sync and worked quickly, efficiently and cheerily.
There was little to no pain when I was numbed up. The team was open, honest and friendly so I left smiling. I usually dread going to the Dentist but no more!

Excellent customer service all around! The secretaries, the dental hygienists, and Dr Grosdidier are all fantastic!!! I had a serious tooth problem. I called the office, was seen immediately, and the problem was completely resolved within 24 hours. I really appreciate this level of customer service!

As a former dental technician (my wife was a dental assistant), I was able to 'chose' our dentist from personal knowledge. We didn't realize how spoiled we were when we live in Colorado and moved to Kansas City and were in need of finding a dentist without our professional relationship to aid us. We now understand how vulnerable a patient can be. We had someone recommend a KC dentist and became 'normal; uniformed' patients......a couple of crowns and a bridge later, and we knew we had made a mistake in out choice. I met Lynne at the place I worked, when she came in as a customer and after exchanging some 'dental stories', I called her in a dental emergency some time later. Wow! My wife and I are so grateful that we found her! Dr. Schopper is not only an amazing dentist, but also a very special person. She is the real deal and can be totally trusted with your dental needs, but also with yourself as a patient. We feel that it is a privilege to be able to have her as a dentist; I mean that. We know what it's like to have exceptional care (from a professional standpoint), but we also unfortunately learned what is what to have horrible care also. Lynne, thank you, thank you, thank you! You are surely a blessing to Christie and I.

We were given Dr. G's name when we moved to KC over six years ago and we love their office. Everyone is so friendly, never had to wait to see the hygienist, Dr. G always takes a few minutes to chat with you. I have had a couple of emergency calls and they did their very best to get me in the day I called. I highly recommend them.
