Somerset Dental Review.

Don’t go here. I had gone here twice with absolutely no problems. The third time I went, I got a bill for $205. My insurance company only paid $112 on a $317 bill. Why? Somerset Dental had dropped out of a network and didn’t bother to tell me. My insurance company only paid 70% because Somerset Dentistry was now out of network. Never in my 36 years of paying my own dental bills did I figure I had to check to be sure I was in network. Anna gave me some excuse that my insurance company refused to pay reasonable and customary rates. Somerset Dentistry “generously” agreed to pay half. What could I do? I still had to pay OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS out of my own pocket. This is unfair and ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.
I did everything the same. I signed up for the same dental plan on the marketplace. I paid my premiums. My insurance company didn’t change a thing. They still had the same payment schedule as before. Somerset Dental made a change, didn’t inform me and I get stuck with a bill of $205. I was there for less than an hour and they charged me $317, yet only agreed to pay half for THEIR mistake. GREEDY!

The staff at Somerset Dentistry were welcoming and friendly. As it was my first time visiting them, they gave me a tour of their office and asked questions to get to know me. Sarah, my technician, was friendly and professional, as was Dr. Garcia. After my visit I received a personalized letter from Sarah and the Somerset team thanking me for my visit as well as reflections upon the conversations we had during my visit. 5/5, would recommend anyone in search of a dental practice.

We loved Dr. Garcia, Anna, and all of hygienists we had the opportunity to work with. Once, I had concerns about the anxiety of 1 of my children before a dental procedure and I emailed the clinic and had many of my concerns alleviated over the phone, and then when we arrived for the procedure, it was very clear that the entire team was aware of our needs and dedicated to providing the best care possible — and the whole thing went really, really smoothly! I am so thankful for providers who listen and are empathetic, so now that we have moved out of state, the least I could do was to encourage others to take a chance with Somerset Dentistry; you won’t be disappointed!!

My family LOVES Dr. Garcia and her staff! We've been patients for several years and always had wonderful experiences, so wonderful that 10 of my extended family members now see Dr. Garcia too.

Dr Garcia and her entire staff are exceptional in every way. They take the time to get to know you and show an interest in your life beyond just what's in your mouth. The openness of the office and their willingness to show you the facility and make you a part of their team to keep your teeth healthy makes one feel welcome. Every appointment I have had started right on time and although never rushed, each cleaning or exam was done thoroughly and in a timely fashion. The hygienists always do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and I don't end up with a wet face nor painful mouth after completion which is greatly appreciated! They offer a variety of services all done on site which makes for fewer visits such as if need to cap a tooth. I have had many dentists over the years (have lived in many cities) and Dr Garcia and her staff are at the top of my list as being competent professionals who take good care of my teeth and are enjoyable to be around.

After many years of dreading the dentist, It's a huge relief to find a place I can trust for me and my family. Dr. Garcia and her team take very good care of their patients because they go above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable and at ease. From answering every question to playing my child's favorite movie in the dentist chair, it's safe to say that visiting the dentist is no longer scary. Thank you to Dr. Garcia and her team for providing such high quality care to me and my family!

Our whole family goes to Dr. Garcia and we love her and her staff! They are all so friendly and welcoming. The office is just beautiful. The staff know you by name and are always willing to answer all of our questions about dental care or insurance claims. Dr. Garcia is very professional and caring. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

The staff at Somerset Family Dentistry make going to the dentist about as enjoyable as it can possibly be. Everyone is so nice and genuinely care that you are comfortable. They have TV screens for every chair with headphones and Netflix, which is great because you can keep your focus on something else while they are working on your teeth!

No stars but it made me. The first day, not friendly staff nor Dr. Garcia. Very unprofessional and I was recommended but to anyone else. I tried to give them more chances but just was the same every single time. My kids didn't want to go back to this office as well. Also they send me a million emails to come in and because I didn't come in over the pandemic got scolded for not coming in for so long then made multiple appts and when I called back to cxl them because I got in sooner somewhere else she then got short and said ok its cxld and she heard me still speaking and she said bye hung up in my face when I still had other appts to cxl. So they can figure it out on their own how to cxl the rest. I will not be returning. They need better staff that have more patience for patients.

I love Dr. Garcia and all her staff. Going to the dentist is actually a pleasure because of how friendly and pleasant every person is in this office. Also love the office design. You can watch Netflix during the dental work, if you need a distraction. Highly recommend Somerset Family Dentistry!
