One visit and I am totally sold! Front office staff are top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable regarding insurance. My dental hygienist and dentist were so very nice and gentle on my teeth! I could not be more pleased! Highly recommend! I would say that I can't wait for my next appointment, but I have to have a cavity filled......

My sons were scheduled yesterday. When I picked them up to head your way, my 7 -year-old threw up. I was told that I would be charged for missing my other (well) sonās appointment due to short notice cancellation. This was from the same receptionist (Pam) that scolded me for not masking my 2-year-old while he was strapped to me in a baby carrier, stating I should mask him āfor everyoneās elseās sake.ā This was well after mask mandates ended.
I called back yesterday about an hour later to cancel my own upcoming appointment because I was so irritated. I have been going to this practice for 15 years and used to see Dr. Pierceās father. When I expressed my concerns and mentioned leaving the practice, the receptionist could care less.

We switched from a previous dentist and the entire team at Pierce & Knight was exceptional. They helped us get files transferred and double check insurance. They also got us in quickly to take care on a cavity for my 8-year-old son. Dr. Knight is so patient and kind. She took the time to explain everything to me and my son to make sure we were comfortable throughout the filling.

18 years ago I had a wisdom tooth bust a jaw tooth. It hurt so bad I couldn't stand it. My boss recommended Pierce and Knight dentistry, After a root canal and removal of all wisdom teeth feeling no pain in the whole process. Pierce & Knight dentistry have been cleaning my teeth ever since. They are awesome.

My dentist was very thorough, she has an excellent staff. I was impressed that the practice utilizes up to date technology. She screened for cancer which I don't think has ever been done with previous dentist's. (They may have and I was just unaware) Great experience! Yes, at the dentist š¬ š Charged me 17.00 for toothpaste it better be good, I didn't see gold flakes in it...š¤
