I have always had excellent here, but in the past few years I've had some challenges with stains that I was told couldn't be completely removed via the semi-annual cleaning process. However, on my most recent visit, that changed when my normal hygienist was unavailable and another filled in. She used a different approach and slightly different tools and was able to effectively eliminate most of the stains I had. I inquired and found out that each hygienist pretty much does their own thing, so perhaps the practice may want to consider sharing best practices and suggestions and having consistent tools and procedures available for all their hygienists for the maximum patient benefit.

I won’t go anywhere else. My kids have loved Dr. Doug since they began seeing him. Everyone there is like family, especially since I’ve been going there since I was 3 years old. Back then I saw his dad of course, but he has carried on the family practice and is prepared to take care of the entire family no matter what age.

Then went above and beyond making several calls and texts to get me in to another office for same day emergency root canal - From the front staff to the clinical staff, the care is phenomenal!Both my tooth and I are very grateful 🙏🏻💕
