I have been a patient for over 2 years. I respect their opinions and value them. I believe they do and suggest what they truly think is right for their patient. I am in the process of having dental work and issues, and Dr. Tinnell is very informative, was available after hours to help me, and has provided options and potential results to me. I was referred on to another dental professional, but will be back to her for more help, but she made sure to discuss with this other professional her opinions and ideas and was still a part of the process. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and informative without being pushy. Helpful with insurance questions as well.

Upon entry I was greeted by Becky and Sue - both super kind, courteous, and professional. During my tour of the office everyone appeared to be happy and excited about their work. My hygienist, Lauren was the best! Personal, professional, and relatable. Dr. Prinz was thorough and took time to address any and all of my concerns. Everything was clean, and care was taken to ensure extra precautions were taken due to COVID. Thank you very much to HT Complete Family Dentistry for the wonderful experience.

For people who dislike going to the dentist - you have got to give this office a shot first. From A-Z the staff are all bright, caring, intelligent, positive and cheerful. Today I was able to get my usual cleaning as well as the new Zoom whitening and a consult about my wisdom teeth and everyone just continuously made me feel comfortable for asking questions and answered whatever concerns I had!

I have had an aversion to dentist since I was a child. This practice is the best! No judgement when it takes me a little too long to come in for my cleaning. Dr Harman-Tinnel and her entire staff are friendly, compassionate and professional. I needed to have the roots of a broken tooth extracted. Dr Harman-Tinnel had recommended this to me several years ago, but I resisted. I was more than a little embarrassed when I had to email for an appointment. I was in pain and the tooth was bothering me. I mentioned no judgement earlier, and there was none. I was contacted as soon as they received my email and scheduled me ASAP. I highly recommend this practice.

The entire staff here absolutely ROCKS!!!! I was talking to Dr. Sarina during one of my early visits and she referred to her practice as her "craft" she is ALWAYS furthering her education and what she does is so much more than just a job to her. She has a true passion for dentistry. Her love for her "craft" is only rivaled by her love and respect for her staff, which is so obvious by how much they all love working here!!! We are moving to Denver in less than a month but we will schedule visits back to see family around our appointments with Dr Sarina!!! We are "forever" patients!
