I was going to Umkc Dentisnary and They refereed me Lenz family Dentistery and I had very good experience.They are pro and did excellent job on my teeth very smooth couldn’t notice until done. The first time I visited the office I was told I have five cavities (I wish now that I had gotten a second opinion). However the real problem was the horrible work that was done. I have had to go back on a few separate occasions to get things fixed. Even after that the bite on one of the teeth is still not right and continues to hurt and they have not been able to fix it. I cannot really eat anything on that side of my mouth. Another tooth I went back to get fixed because they left a ridge between my teeth that the dental floss caught on. In addition, one of the fillings fell out seven months after he put it in. Dr. Lenz did not charge me for fixing the filling but I was charged for an office visit and the X-rays they took, even though I only needed them because of their poor work in the first place. I have never had to go back to a dentist before to have things fixed, so maybe this is normal, but I don’t think so.
