The dentist Daniel Tsao is a total rip-off, he pressured me to accept additional treatments that I do not need. He simply dismissed me with incomplete treatment and zero refund because I refused to sign on paper for those additional and unnecessary treatments.The crown I got at American dental fell out in less than 24hrs. It fell out when I was sleeping. I'm lucky that I didn't breath it in.
I visited another doctor for second opinion and he assured me that I Do Not need those treatments and the crown delivered is defective and cheap.
I'm attaching a picture of my bill which shows the type of crown I paid for (All porcelain/ceramic) and a picture of the one I got (Porcelain fused to metal). American dental used different dental codes in the treatment plan to charge me more for something that was never delivered.

The doctor was professional and friendly and did a wonderful job with my fillings. The facility was honest with me and straight to the point and explained procedures and costs before beginning anything. I appreciate that and had a good experience there.

May 2022 - My friend went here and said, “I like my dentist.” While I complained about my old dentist. I figured I’d give them a try. Dentist was upfront and transparent. Whole staff was nice. Highly recommend. I actually like my dentist now.
Update Dec 2022: been going here for 6 months and some things have change and some haven’t. I no longer have tooth pain and that’s new! The staff however hasn’t changed. Same friendly staff! Still can say I like my dentist.
If your dentist is questionable swap. Swap to American Dental. 10/10 would recommend.

American Dental is the place to go! Dr. Tsao is an exceptional dentist, and I have had many over the years. His kind manner and careful work while performing procedures is outstanding. He also keeps up with the latest in technology which is reassuring and helps me relax knowing I'm getting the best treatment. I also appreciate Dr. Tsao's integrity to refer me to a specialist when he knows it is the needed avenue for the best treatment (which has happened with me). Additionally, the staff is professional, courteous and efficient. If you have an urgent problem they are willing to fit you into the schedule as best they can. My family is thrilled that we found Dr. Tsao and American Dental. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. He explained every detail of the problem and every step of the repair to me. He told me which procedures I should focus on and which could wait a little while. They went over full pricing with me. The receptionist saw how anxious I was getting and took me to the lobby to finish discussing to take my mind off where I was. Amazing service. So pleased. Just referred my coworker to them for another option to get her tooth fixed.
