I appreciate the whole staff. Appointment was set and all our insurance information was handled properly so that when we arrived we just had to check in. Dr. Tsao was so wonderful in explaining to my mother the process of her dental care and the expectations. We are pleased with them.

My mom had a bad experience with the previous dentist after the first appointment recently and decided to find a better one. And I am so glad we found American Dental! They are flexible and accommodating with us throughout the whole process. They got us in back to back apt to finish her treatment plan. Dr. Tsao, Kim and his crew are so nice and helpful. They explained the procedures and treatment in fully details that was easy for us to understand. They went to the extra miles to help us in every possible ways. This place is the prime example of great customer service. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Initially, I called to set an appointment for a check up. I had my wisdom tooth come out and cut my gum. Beforehand, I mentioned that I'd needed antibiotic for the infection as well as medication for the inflammation. Obviously, it doesn't not feel good at all to have. Wisdom tooth extraction is expensive so I just wanted prescription so the pain will be lessened. On the day of the appointment, they decided to cancel the entire appointment and told me without a oral surgery of wisdom tooth extraction they won't be prescribing me any prescription. Now I have to deal with the pain and search elsewhere. Quite clearly I'm pretty frustrated and I still have tooth pain.
