If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude and not intelligent, I understand errors happen but they are negligent. Filled a tooth that was completely dead and needed removed, billed for services that didn't happen, and having inappropriate conversations with one another while performing services on a patient. Hope you have a better experience

I would be "very hesitant" to have this dentist do any type of service on me. His responses to negative reviews seem to be opportunities for him to personally "attack" a dissatisfied customer. I find that extremely immature for a professional.

Dr. Reno has been our family dentist for many years. He is the best dentist that we have had and the staff is great! They all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. They care about your overall health, not just your dental health.

I grew up without dental care and watched as others suffered at the hands of other dentists as they complained relentlessly. As an adult I was finally able to insurance and get proper dental care. I feared the experience but went anyway and I can say that without a doubt, Dr. Reno does his absolute best to make sure his patients are comfortable during the experience. I no longer have any reservations about my bi-annual cleanings and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. He and his entire staff have always answered any questions I have and makes me feel at ease. If you are looking for a new dentist the don't settle for an uncaring provider who only cares about the payment, see Dr. Reno and you will not be disappointed.

I do not like going to the dentist but I can honestly say that each appointment is a "positive and pain-free" experience. Whether I am in there for my 6 month checkup or a root canal, I know what to expect. I have been seeing doctor Reno for approximately 18 years and would recommend him to everyone. Also, his hygienists are professional and knowledgeable. They are always there with the answers to your questions and can ease away any stress you may be experiencing.

My name is Gary Blessant and have been a patient of Dr Reno for a number of years and have always received excellent care from him and his staff .I have my teeth cleaned every six months and have been taken good care of in that manner. I also had to have a couple of teeth pulled and Dr Reno has made the process quick and with very little pain from the process. He is top notch in dental care and am glad he is my preventative maintenance dentist.I highly recommend him and his staff.

Great experience! We had to take our 8yr old in to remove a fibroma on her lip. Dr Davidson was straight forward with her about what was happening and his assistant Jenny was very encouraging to her. It was very quick and easy and they were so gentle. Thank you all, including front desk staff!

I hadn't been to a dentist in about a decade due to my intense anxiety about the whole thing. After my appointment, I can't believe I waited so long. The entire staff was so nice and awesome -- the reception desk, the assistant who took my x-rays, the hygienist and Dr. Reno made me feel so much more at ease. I definitely won't be waiting another 10 years.

Great service, kind receptionists and dental hygienists who answer all of my questions and concerns. I always appreciate the energy of this office and Dr Reno’s expertise. No matter where I’ve moved, I’ve returned back to this office even if the drive is out of the way.

I left my previous dentist many years ago because they were so rough with my mouth when they cleaned my teeth. Dr. Reno's office has always provided gentle care...until my last visit. The hygienist that helped me was so friendly and nice to talk to, but she was very rough with my cleaning. I left sore from my appointment for the first time in years.
