I have been going to Riverside Dental for years up until they screwed me on my six month smiles braces. I highly recommend you get receipts on anything you pay. They told me I owed 580$ so I paid it on my HSA card and my balance was 0$ after that. 1 year later they sent me to collections for a 400$ bill they said I had supposedly. I tried to work with them on finding out what it was for and never recieved a call back after several attempts now it's on my credit and I owe 400$ for their office mistake. I wouldn't recommend! They are good at first, then screw up your credit after they add their hidden charges! My mother went through the same issue at this office. If I could give zero stars I would have!

I have been a patient of both Dr. Jasmin Rupp and Dr. Joe Steven, and both were incredibly friendly, professional, and did a great job! Dr. Rupp is my primary dentist and I really like how proactive she and her staff have been with my dental care. I needed a crown redone on one of my front teeth. She not only did a great job with the crown, but she also made recommendations that improved the overall look of my teeth. I get compliments all the time on how great they look. Thanks, Dr. Jasmin! The staff at Riverside Dental is also amazing....very friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a cleaning done and they told me I had to have 2 crowns put on.They ran my insurance and told me they were covered. I made the appointment for the two crowns to be put on the next week. I show up to the appointment and verified again that they were covered they looked it up and told me I was good to go. I said ok. I have great insurance by the way. ( I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT CROWN DONE IF I KNEW IT WAS DENIED)! A month later I recieved a bill from Riverside Dental for one of the crowns it was denied from the insurance because it has not been 5 years since I had had it done previously. I call them and my insurance. My insurance told me they sent the denial letter prior to my procedure. Riverside Dental never called Until they want me to come back in for my cleaning. Ummm.. No! you can't call me back to make payment arrangements since this was their mess up. The lady said she would talked to billing and call me back. I received a call back when I was out if town.They refuse to fix their mistake. Do Not Go Here!!

Most phenomenal dental office in town!!! I've looked for years for the right place and these guys got it! The hygienists are just the best! My two year old sat and allowed them to clean and count all of his teeth. The ladies there know how to handle kids and I was just blown away at their gentle and happy attitudes. Beyond thankful for the entire staff there. Dr Neuman was quick but thorough. I've also got a wisdom tooth issue they discovered. He wasnt afraid to admit it wasn't one he wanted to handle in the office. Referred me to an oral surgeon and they got me in the next day. I can't give this dental office anything bad to say at all! THANK YOU ALL AT RIVERSIDE! Well see you again soon!
