Riverside Dental

Dental phobia is what I have... not here! First visit was today and I was so well taken care of! I have a lot of work that needs done and am so thankful I found this team of professionals to comfortably fix my teeth!

Enjoyed my experience there. Was in for a clean up. Took care of business quickly and efficiently.

Poor office staff service!
My husband is a patient there and had been for years. I received a bill stating that I was the patient, which I was not. I had tried calling before the holidays and no one answered the phone. I tried again after the holidays and once again no one answered the phones. I made sure it was during "office hours", but each time nothing. Finally the third time I left a message. Someone finally got back to me, but she was RUDE. I asked for my name to be taken off his account since I was not the patient as well as his address to be updated. After updating the information she had me wait a moment but didn't put me on hold. I could hear EVERYTHING these women talked about in the office with their personal conversation which was not appropriate. When the lady came back on the line I paid and tried to thank the lady for her help. Instead, she just hung up on me.
My husband will be switching Dentist. I am sorry but poor service is unacceptable.

My husband has been going to this dental office since he was a child and now our entire family goes here! We can't say enough positive things about this place! Such sweet staff! ❤️

Staff are amazing. I will never go to another dental office. Dr. Neuman eased my fears and explained everything very thoroughly. Front office staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

This place is excellent! Great and friendly staff. They are all a great bunch of people. I will never go to any other dentist. My doctor was great and his assistant was to cool. Thanks guys. Great experience!!! 🤗😉👍

My family and I have been going to Riverside Dental for years and would not go to another office. They are always so flexible with me rescheduling my appointments and when I had a toothache, I remember they told me to come right in! The ENTIRE staff at this office is always so nice and friendly! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone for all their dental needs.

This last year I had a lot of work done. Riverside Dental did a great job.

Today was my first appoimtment with this office. I have grown up in the area most of my life and knew about it but had never been there until today. I must say from the outside you would never think much of it. But once you get into the lobby your pleasantly greeted at the door with friendly staff. The waiting room was clean, well decorated with soft lighting. There wasnt much paperwork for a new patient appointment which was nice. And my assisant whom was friendly and inviting was ready before my check in processe was finished. So i didnt even have a chance to wait! The exam rooms were well kept and updated with hd tv's. I saw Dr. Rupp. Both her, and her staff were happy to answer any questions i had with patience and understanding (i had a few). They have a handy way of communicating to one another thru some kind of bluetooth earset. And i liked how much of a team player everyone seemed to be. I made a follow up appointment for some work i need done, which was scheduled by the dr. In the exam room. She personally walked me back out into the lobby which i thought was good customer service! Very pleased with my care so far, i will defiantly be referring friends/family and anyone looking for a new dentist !!
