Village Dentistry

Everyone who assisted me was so kind and understanding. I've had really bad experiences with dentists in the past and had a lot of anxiety about finding a new one. While it wasn't cheap, the pricing was fair for what I needed done and they found me the right resources to get the care I needed. I couldn't ask for more than that.

Tammy taught me a lot about my teeth and gums and how to care for them properly. She walked me through the entire process of getting my teeth properly cleaned for the first time in many years and then maintaining that going forward. Katie is a phenomenal dentist. She understood all of my concerns and her only goal was to find a way to get my teeth fixed and follow my priorities to do it.

I'm on the road to liking my smile for the first time in a decade and I can't recommend this entire team enough. My husband and best friend are already switching to Village Dentistry. I can't remember the names of all who cared for me but they were also top notch! Also, saved a molar that a different dentist said was lost. Honestly incredible all around, call them!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to! Every staff member is friendly and kind. They made me feel super comfortable when I was nervous for my appointment! Ryan was also such a big help and took his time to meet my needs. Highly recommend anyone to schedule their next dentist appointment here! :)

Awesome place! Dr. Beam was so nice and really listened to me! Tammy did a great job and my teeth feel super clean! Highly recommend! Ryan at the front office made me feel comfortable and explained my costs to me really well.

The staff at Village Dentistry are absolutely wonderful. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists and I expressed my concerns to them and they were very considerate and understanding of my feelings. They are very caring and informative. They explained everything to me before doing it. I had a great experience And would highly recommend them to anyone. I have gone to this office for several years now. Every single time I go, I’m there far longer than expected and despite insurance coverage, they insist I get work done that’s not covered. I’d asked for a “flipper” but didn’t know the terminology they used and instead of asking discovery questions to figure out that I was asking for a “flipper” which is covered at 100% by my insurance, they insisted I was talking about a retainer, which cost me $150, out of pocket. They do not make the work being done very clear nor the cost associated with it. Their staff at the front desk is not very friendly and very fake when asking about anything. They act like they’re better than most and there’s always some sort of “hidden fee”. I spent 4 hours there last week, and was rightfully so a little irritated. I kept quiet and just brushed it off. But when I found out they charged me for something I did not ask for, when my insurance covered exactly what I was asking for, I’d had enough. When I was upset and explaining my frustration I was told I needed to find a new dentist. Which clearly I do, because this office, aside from the dental hygienist, Tammy, is completely terrible. Tammy has always given great service and made me feel welcome and confident in her dental hygienist abilities. The new doctor Kati Beam is friendly, but she’s the one that insisted I was talking about a retainer. To the common folk that “sounds” right, but come to find out it was a “flipper” that I was describing. She should have asked more discovery questions. All in all, I give this office a 2/10, and do not recommend.

I have already called to discuss this with your office and Jordan the office manager told me I needed to find a different dental office because they didn’t want to take ownership of their poor service. Which is why I wrote this review to begin with.

They are absolutely awesome ! Everyone is soooo kind, offered me blanket and water. They are very upfront about how much $ it will be or what is going on or what you need. Explained everything in detail and did a VERY thorough exam ! Can’t wait for my next cleaning :)

Read all the reviews before scheduling and plan to be there all day! They didn’t listen or ask discovery questions to figure out exactly what I was asking for, charged me for something else, when what I was asking for was covered at 100% by my insurance. Since I left the last poor review they’ve had their employees and others put positive reviews to counterbalance the poor review they rightfully so received. Highly do NOT recommend!!

I've been going here a few years now and the folks here never fail to impress me. From the front office to the back office, Ryan is always super helpful and friendly and will try his best to meet or exceed your needs. Dr. Beam and her staff are always so friendly and accommodating and will make sure the job is done right, the first time.
I have had some REALLY bad experiences with dentists in the past, but I have NEVER had a bad experience here.
If your looking for a new dentist, I would whole-heartedly recommend Village Dentistry.

I made an appointment one month ago for my daughter at Village Dentistry to have her teeth whitened. She lives out of state and has been cared for by the same dentist for numerous years. She has beautiful straight teeth after orthodontist and is completely up to date on yearly cleaning and check-ups. When I made the appointment they did not want to see her current dental records. Also, they wanted to claim an insurance visit and I said no because the claim would take from her already scheduled with her current doctor.
This office told me to believe the teeth whitening would be no problem.
When we arrived, they used my daughter as a test subject for an new employ to practice taking X-rays. This took about thirty minutes making her extremely uncomfortable. Then the hygienist (Tammy) was completely rude and pressed on about how terribly bad my daughter needed a cleaning because of “too much bacteria, plaque, etc”…. The Dentist never even saw my daughter in that whole two hour appointment.
Basically they wanted me to pay for a cleaning before the teeth whitening. It was obviously a sales pitch!!!
So frustrated and waste of our time!
By the way, I never write reviews. Please do not visit Village Dentist.

I see Dr Beam and she is amazing! The whole staff is pretty great. I’m so glad I found this dental office, I’ve been going here a few years now and have never had a problem. I recently had an emergency and Dr Beam got me in that day and fixed me right up. Very satisfied customer, highly recommend!
