I have been going to village dentist for maybe about 2 years now . I have yet to have a bad experience thus far . Tammy does a great job with my cleaning every time . Takes her time to make my teeth feel clean and serene . And let me tell you about dr beam …she is great…I had A gap in my front teeth bout a year ago and she put a filling in it and made it look so natural like it was never a gap there. these ladies are great 👍🏽 Very professional environment

The front office staff, Ryan, Marin and Jordan, as well as all of the technicians and assistants are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Jawer is absolutely the best. She makes sure that I’m in no pain during a procedure and that I am happy with the results. She goes above and beyond the call of a dentist. I would call all of the folks at Village Dentistry my friends ❤️

I have been visiting this clinic for the last two years. However, they have been horrible about being in schedule. The last three visits I waited 25-35 minutes before being seen because we are short staffed. So, count an additional hour to your appointment or find another place that respect their clients time!

Went for a cleaning. They took full mouth X-rays, panoramic X-ray, bite wing X-rays saying if my insurance didn’t cover it they will write it off. Dentist did a “air” exam, only using air and probed my gums for perio readings. She was rude, rough and seemed to have an agenda. She said I needed scaling and 3 month cleanings, 2 crowns and a bridge. Told me I couldn’t get a regular cleaning, so I left the office. I’ve been having regular cleanings for years! Waste of my time. Won’t be back.

This dental office charges many hidden fees, and don’t take the time to listen to their patients. They have treated my wife poorly, therefore my whole family will go elsewhere. I do not recommend this office.

Every staff memeber at Village Dentistry went ABOVE and BEYOND to meet my needs! I had an emergency situation and they got me in immediately and resolved my issue without any hesitation! They are definitely a caring dental facility and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I cannot say enough good things about doctor Beam and her entire team. I have always had horrible anxiety about the dentist since I was a kid but all of that went away after going here. From the moment I made the appointment with the receptionist and explained my anxiety, she made me feel less nervous before I even walked in the door. Tammy, the hygienist was amazing at explaining everything she was doing so I was comfortable and talked me through every step. And then having Dr. Beam look at me and reassure me that she was going to be able to fix what I didn’t think could be fixed, was such a good feeling because other dentists judge and don’t care so much about keeping your natural teeth, they just want to pull them and cause you to need to spend more money down the road but Dr.Beam is clearly passionate about saving a persons natural smile and making it better. I can tell you that I was not nervous at all for my second appointment. They were able to fit me in last minute and fix my issue without making me feel like I was a bother. This team won’t judge you and tell you that you should have done more to prevent certain things, instead, they will teach you correct ways for prevention and help you. Ryan, the office manager was great when working with me on my payment plan and explaining what insurance would cover. He also made the atmosphere of the office fun which also helped take away the nerves and he would stop by during waiting periods, along with Tammy, to chat and make sure I was doing ok. I didn’t feel like just another patient in the chair, I felt like part of a team trying to help someone. I could keep saying more good things about this entire team but you should definitely make an appointment and see for yourself. There’s absolutely no reason to be nervous or to feel like you’ll be judged by this office. For the first time, I didn’t leave a dentist office crying because I felt bad or because I was unhappy with the work done….I felt relief and was happy with what Dr.Beam did to help me. So for anyone who has ever had a bad experience and has anxiety that prevents them from going to the dentist, please call and make your appointment at this office! Your smile will thank you :)

The entire team at Village Dentistry earn 5 stars from me! I'm a new patient and the staff went out of their way to explain everything from benefits details to procedure options. I could tell right away Dr Beam is very concerned about keeping my teeth healthy and attractive. The Smile Generation MyChart patient portal is marvelous! I did all of my paperwork before my visit!

I love village Denistry. Dr. Beam and Tammy make me feel at ease and calm my anxiety in a way that I’ve never felt before. Ryan and the girls at the front desk make sure I’m always aware of my insurance benefits and make sure I’m able to get the treatment I need in a way that makes it financially doable for me. I can’t recommend this office more. This entire office makes me feel as if I’m not a patient, rather a part of a team that is hell bent on allowing me to live the healthiest life possible.

Friendly staff, got right in, X-rays were challenging and took way too long, (no options for my size mouth), 25 minute delay between mouth exam to cleaning exam. Overall time was 2 hr 45 min. Too long.----- after leaving this review (2 star) I am changing it to 4 star. The company reached out and we had a good discussion. I will give them another try.
