I received a cleaning at this practice and was then examined by the Dentist who created a treatment plan that was based on aesthetic work she recommended I get done. I had no pain so I elected to NOT have the expensive, elective dental work done. Today, two months later, I needed a loose crown re-cemented and I was refused care because I did not follow the elective treatment plan. BAD BUSINESS!!! The tooth with a loose crown WAS NOT identified as an issue in my exam. Treatment planning is a recommendation by the Dentist - not the law. BEWARE!! This is how patrons get over-billed by Dentists. I DO NOT recommend this practice.

I'm very particular about who I want to work on my teeth. I had a dentist for the past 20 yrs and had to change. I dont like change. I decided to give Elizabethtown Family Dentistry a try. I can honestly say that I made the best choice by going to them. The doctors are sisters and both of them were fantastic , very thorough in all aspects. The assistants were fantastic as well.
I couldn't be more pleased with them. I highly recommend them for any dental needs you may need. Thank you for making my visit a great experience.

Really convenient and easy to schedule an appointment, and not expensive at ALL!!!!!! Had four chipped teeth in the front and they fixed them perfectly. I can't tell the difference between the fake part and my real teeth!!!!!! Very friendly staff! Awesome place, I cannot stress how great they are.

The first time I visited this office I wasn't 100% satisfied because nothin ? Was explained to me before it was done, other than the xrays which tool the tech forever to do because she had no clue what she was doing.
The Dr. Thompson gave me an oral antibiotic to try to help with gingivitis. The solution made me sick to my stomach. I felt like I needed to throw up for hours after using it. I called their office, got the voicemail. So I left a message and I never got a call back. So I called the pharmacist and they told me not to take it anymore.
I didn't want to go back again after never heating back from them, but I attempted it. I went back to a couple cavities filled. The lady put the numbing gel on my gums, and then shortly after Dr. Thompson came in and I said it hasn't numbed anything. And I know the gel doesn't numb the whole thing because that's what the shot in your gums does. But it should atleast somewhat numb the surface of the gums. So I told her it wasn't numb at all we needed to wait a but longer and she said No, it's time now. & I said no it's not because I knew my body and it hadn't worked yet. She argued with me, said let's reschedule it for another day and at that point I just walked out.
It wasn't until I got in my car that the surface of my gums were numb.
There's no way I'd ever let her touch me with anything. She doesn't have your best interest in mind. Just her "time schedule"

I advise you to go elsewhere!

The worst dental experience I have ever had. Although I explained on numerous occasions that I suffer severe dental anxiety, the dentist I saw was neither accommodating nor understanding or compassionate. After developing an infection on a tooth that needed to be extracted, I was referred to an oral surgeon, which because of the exceptional cost I was unable to afford immediately. While trying to obtain an antibiotic from the dentist, I was essentially told that was not of their concern and I would not be given an antibiotic. Well if you're being paid to treat someone, then yes, I feel that is your concern. Not only this, but they called and told me this information not even 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. How this dental practice is in business is all but beyond me. I have lived in several different cities, and been seen in numerous different dental offices, and without a doubt this one has been exceedingly worse than any other I have been to. I would rather pull my own teeth with a pair of wire pliers than step foot back in this office. If it were an option to not give a star at all, that's what I would have given.
