I moved to the area via military and read good reviews, so I decided this would be a good fit for me. I had my first appointment yesterday. Sonya was very kind and gentle and sensitive whenever I was showing I was in some pain. Dr. Proctor was very kind and professional and gentle. All the assistants were very kind too. I had a very pleasant experience.

I love Dr Proctor and am sad to give this review as she is great but the staff at this office is awful. My daughter was having extreme pain from an adult tooth coming over her baby tooth and the staff could care less and the best they can do is get her in 2 weeks later. My daughter asked me why they don’t care that I am pain. They didn’t even go back to ask Dr Proctor if she could fit her in cause the staff member said I do the scheduling and there is not room. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else cause you will not like the front desk crew and you have to deal with them every time you go.

My husband Jack had to have a extraction done today. This was also his 1st visit. Shannon took great care of him through the entire process. Dr. Sarah Proctor did an awesome job with extracting the tooth, fast and efficiently. Shannon took the time to come out to let me know that they had decided to extract the tooth.

The entire team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was so impressed with the genuine care they showed me and the respect I was given. Shannon went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my situation. I found this office by pure chance but you can bet I will be recommending them whenever possible. Thank you so much!

When it comes to dental work, this place has given me the best experience I've ever had. I was so nervous my first day because my teeth weren't in the best condition. I was so embarrassed of my teeth. The staff made me feel very comfortable and didn't shame me for my teeth, which was a big PLUS in my book. Dr. Proctor gave me options and we came up with a dental plan that was best for me. I recently had all my top teeth extracted and got immediate dentures the same day. It was the best decision I ever made. I can now smile with confidence. The extraction process was a breeze. Dr. Proctor made sure I didn't feel any pain and wasn't rough with me at all. Every few minutes, she would check on me to make sure I was ok and asked me if I needed a break. She cares, which really means alot. The dental assistants and staff are very experienced, professional, and are as kind as she is. If anyone is looking for a comfortable and professional dental experence, this is the place to go. Mortenson Family Dental gets five stars from me.

Hannah is great, that's about it! Look for your appointment to be rescheduled two days before your due to come in and then they will need to reschedule it again. Every time my appointment comes up they have some reason to reschedule my appt. When they reschedule it you have to wait another two months even though you had an appt before everyone else. They are very insensitive about this matter as well. Then I finally make it in for my appointment and they tell me I could not bring my baby back there with me, would have been nice to know that before I drove all the way there!

I decided to try this office (E'town North) upon the recommendation of a family member. Needless to say, I wish I had went elsewhere for my dentistry needs. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and cordial; however, that kind of treatment should be standard in any service related industry. So, while I have no complaints about the staff's friendliness, I cannot say the same about the dental care. Upon the initial visit to have a tooth crowned, I asked what should I do if the temporary crown came off , since the dental office would be closed the following week. I was told that that shouldn't happen, and if it did to try and put the temporary back on using an over the counter adhesive until the office was open again. Of course, the crown popped off and I swallowed it. I tried calling the office (which was closed for the week) and was transferred to another Mortensen's in town which was supposed to cover emergencies. I left my name and number with the answering service, and no one called me back. After almost 2 weeks of discomfort, I was able to get the permanent crown placed on my tooth. While Dr. Proctor asked me about my attempt to contact someone while their office was closed, I never received an apology. After continued pain and sensitivity, I went to another dentist who took x-rays that revealed the crown was not sitting properly. Additionally, I had to have a root canal on the tooth that was improperly crowned. I would not recommend this dental office to anybody.

Having to have dentures was emotionally tolling on me. The staff at Mortensen Family Denistry have help me adjust both emotionally and physically to this big change. A special shout out to Shannon, her heart and compassion shines through. I appreciate each and every one of you from the front desk to Dr. PROCTOR. YOU ARE AMAZING..KEEP SHINING

For the first time in my life I don't mind going to the dentist. I've required quite a bit of work and they not only treat me like family but have been efficient at getting it done. 10/10 would not wanna go anywhere else.

I love this office! Dr Proctor and her staff are amazing with my child. They make him feel comfortable and excited to get his teeth cleaned!
