Hate going to dentist ! With that being said my experience today was great. Dr walker was wonderful. All the employees were so nice and so helpful. Have upcoming appointments for fill ins but today really eased my mind about going to dentist ♥️

I cannot express how pleased I was with this visit!! I was apprehensive because I have chosen other dentists and was disappointed with their hygenist. But this Mortenson location surpasses them all as well as dentists I visited outside of the Mortenson Group. Will recommend to family members who are looking for a dentist!

I had an appointment yesterday and I called before I went to make sure and they said I did not have one. So today I found out I did have one and they caused me to miss it. I was really aggravated. They need to hire better receptionist. That was just ridiculous.

I had my first visit today. The staff is super nice and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and concerns. I felt as if I had already been a pt for years. My sister recommended Mortenson Family Dental. I'm glad I made the change.

I called and made an appointment for a broken tooth. Get exam and no treatment because I haven't been in 3 years. That was the purpose of the appointment I made to get the tooth fixed before I start having more issues. I wish they would have explained this to me when I made my appointment. I understand I need a crown on the broken tooth. I thought they would've at least filled it today....kinda upset....

I wish I could give 0 stars. For one, they will give you a referral to a specialist for the simplest of things. They couldn't even do a simple filling on my step daughter. My personal experience was this: I had two appointments with them for 5 total fillings. After the first appointment, my teeth were all so sensitive that I could barely eat. They insisted it was normal. When they started working on me at the second appointment and saw firsthand just HOW sensitive my teeth were, they discovered 2 of the 3 fillings they placed at the first appointment 3 weeks prior had fallen out. So they redid ALL of that work and the new work, all at once. The dental assistant at both appointments worked so slowly that I had to get multiple numbing shots for her to finish and she kept asking if she could "just try to do a little more" despite the pain. After hours of drilling on my mouth, they didn't even really want to write me some ibuprofen. My total at the end was over twice what I was quoted, even though they insisted they weren't charging me for the fillings that came out! Now, I can't even floss and I'm in twice as much pain as before. I'll never go back, I will be having someone else fix their shoddy work!
