I absolutely LOVE this place! Dr. Ward is friendly and very knowledgeable. Her staff are always welcoming and so friendly! I’ve had terrible past experiences at other dental offices, but the staff here are so reassuring and their patience is unmatched. During my first visit their was a rather large “welcome” sign with my name on it. It was a small gesture that made me feel very welcomed and at ease. And once a dental hygienist covered me with a blanket when she noticed that I was cold during a procedure. I always feel much better after leaving their office (despite still being numb). I can’t express enough just how great this dental office is! My family will be here for years to come.

Dr. Ward and her staff went above and beyond to help me recently when I was in need of a root canal and couldn't get in for several days with the specialist. Dr. Ward got me in at 7:30 a.m. the next morning and was so gentle and thorough. Her office is new and cheerful, her staff was kind and fun, and the rooms had tvs on the ceilings so you could be distracted from the dental work. Attention to every detail made this a great experience from start to finish. I appreciate that her office still bills insurance first, has flexible payment schedules for more expensive treatments, and I love that her team gives back by doing "Free cleaning" days on their anniversary for those who don't have insurance!

I found this dentist office by searching right here on google and I had to leave a review because it was a great visit. The staff is very friendly and professional, it’s a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I was also impressed with the snacks, drinks and coffee available in the very clean waiting area, they also had tablets and toys for the kids which makes life so much easier for moms! Dr. Ward was very approachable, friendly and was great with my child. I am so glad we found this family dentistry!

Had my first routine dental exam and cleaning 6 months ago and just today, completed replacement of an older broken crown. I'm extremely pleased with both experiences! Dr. Ward's staff is friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in all tasks from scheduling, check-in and out, cost estimates and applying insurance benefits, and performing the dental hygiene and assistant tasks. I felt very welcome, appreciated, and cared for every step of the way through my treatments. I really appreciate the convenience of both early morning and later evening appointment times, too!

Dr. Ward is definitely one of the best. She has a very professional yet approachable style, instilling confidence and expertise with a warm and friendly chair-side manner. Her joy and passion for her profession shine through!

They are wonderful! They are so easy to make an appointment and get a hold of. The staff was so accommodating when I had to have a crown put on while 8 months pregnant! They deal with your insurance provider and tell you all of your cost up front which makes it so clear and easy to understand. I love the text message notifications about upcoming appointments as well. Very impressed!

Everyone in the office is very nice and puts you at ease. Dr. Ward, Dr. Bishop and Connie all worked on my new crowns, and were very good at explaining things so I understood and answering my questions. Rita was very helpful in dealing with the dental insurance company. Any time I’ve called with questions about anything, everyone was always very patient and polite. Thanks!

I really enjoy going here. The staff is very professional. They do a wonderful job at what they do whether it’s cleaning your teeth or adding a filling. Kayleigh did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. She takes her time and does a very thorough cleaning. Jacob Bishop a wonderful dentist. He is also very professional and friendly. He seems to love what he does and takes pride in his work. Melissa and Kaitlin are very professional also. I couldn’t ask for a better dental practice. I’ve seen many dentist and i can honestly say they are the best by far.

Professional and friendly staff make you feel welcome and comfortable at all times. You can tell they really care about the patients and addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Ward is very skilled, knowledgeable and kind. So glad I decided to start going to this office for my dental care.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place is so awesome I felt it was needed. I moved to this area about 6 months ago and have been looking for a good dentist. When you walk in to the office, anxiety seems to melt away. The office staff is very nice and accommodating and they make you feel at home. There is coffee and snacks for patients. Just a really nice office. Everything is explained very clearly, whether it is the treatment or the financial aspect of things. The prices seem fair, and we worked out a payment plan so that I can get the care that I need. I may be missing a few teeth now, but I seriously look forward to working with Dr. Ward to build a smile I can be proud of.
