I don't believe they are for patient care. Bottom dollar is their apparent goal. I had a cap that has came off twice since the past two years it was placed. They have charged me both times to have it put back in place. Their excuse was because I failed to come in for a cleaning this past year, it was my fault for lack of oral hygiene. The fact that I spent five and one half months in the hospital and half of that in a comma. This was due to near death from H1N1 type A with ARDS. In the middle of this Covid-19 pandemic.My medical doctors telling me if I catch the virus it would most likely be letal to me. I tried my best to avoid places like these unless absolutely needed. None of that mattered. All I heard from the Dentist and the office staff was sorry but it was your fault. I would like to make a note that I have another cap that is on the tooth above. Placed by another dentist. It has been there for more than ten years. Makes me think it not my hygiene. I will not go back to Aspen dental.

Admin staff is apparently extremely inefficient. Had to leave several messages to finally talk to someone. They didn't call me back the next day after my appointment as they said. I gave them my dental discount company info, they apparently called the wrong company and said I wasn't covered by it. They sent me a bill after saying there was no charge for the appointment.

The best dentist I ever been to I was so comfortable and Sarah the program manager love her and the dentist I had made me laugh even with the pain a great personality I will be changing my family dentist to aspen

They are all very professional, courteous and even compassionate. I've had a fear of dentists all of my life, and the staff was not only understanding, but compassionate and concerned about making me feel very comfortable. I just wish the doctors smiled more. :) The staff are very upbeat and likeable people.

Not recommended. I'll try a different dental company when I need dental work for my family. The new dentist there Dr.Harmouche, I did not like his vibe, he was trying too hard to show that he was a know it all. Several other dentists in the area, Aspen is not for me.

Went in today 9-18-21 with worst tooth, jaw pain ever. No appointment but they got me right in and did a root canal. Everyone was great. Very professional

Got 4 fillings, one of which fell out within the first month, and my face hurt for 2 months after the procedure. Got charged for a special deep cleaning of 800 which was supposed to be performed in 3 installments. Got the 1st one and after the pain from the first procedure I decided I will not go back. Since payment was made up front I requested a partial refund for the 2 not performed and now they say no refund will be given because that was the cost of the treatment. But I didn't get what I was charged for. There is a Facebook group called stop Aspen dental and I can see why.

Everyone is courteous and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They are all very courteous and actually care that you are there. I had a toothache all weekend so I called them first thing on Monday morning, they got me in that day and fixed the problem and got me out of pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
