Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. They make what could potentially be an unpleasant situation, a better experience. From the front desk, to the Hygenists, Dentists, & even billing, I love BR Dental!!!

My experience at Dr. Suadi’s office was anything but good. (3:00) I arrived at 3 o’clock. First off I take a little responsibility for having to sit in the lobby for almost a hour. I had a dental insurance card in my wallet that turned out to be the wrong one. I had forgotten that we changed dental insurance companies, the part I don’t take responsibility for is that they tried for 45 minutes to run the wrong insurance before they asked me. Then another 10-15 minutes to run the correct insurance. (4:00) The girl who walked me back to my room and took my x-rays was really nice.(4:05) After she took my X-rays and Dr. Suadi walked in he blankly stared at my X-rays quietly. He finally turned his head and introduced himself to me. I told him I was experiencing extreme pain when I’d drink some cold water or cold air. So he told me I had a completely broken tooth, the one next to it had a cavity, and the one behind it had a really old filling. No diagnosis for the pain, he just said, “We’re going to pull that broken tooth. Then in a couple weeks we will get you back in here and move forward with the other teeth.” I asked him if the broken tooth was the one causing all my pain. He looked at me like I had just asked him a question that he shouldn’t have to deal with. He said “I guess I could use my air blower and blow cold air on these teeth to see if we can figure it out.” At this point I was thinking I don’t mind pulling the tooth but I would rather fix the pain I was experiencing then deal with the broken tooth. So it ended up being the broken tooth. (4:10) He grabbed his syringe to numb my gums and the roof of my mouth for the extraction. (4:14) Not even 5 minutes after he “numbed” it he was ready to pull the tooth. He came it and got to it. He didn’t poke my gums or anywhere around the tooth to check the numbing. He started pushing on the tooth from the outside (gums side) and I couldn’t really feel it. He then moved from the outside to the inside to push (inside close to the roof of my mouth) which I could feel EVERYTHING. So with my mouth half numb, a suction tube, and what I could only assume was a flathead screwdriver all sticking out of my mouth. I grunted, “Oh, S#|T.” He immediately stopped and said, ”Watch your mouth” (Not I’m sorry, not I’ll inject some more numbing, nope “Watch your mouth”) I’m having a tooth ripped from my head in a room full of adults and can feel every bit of it. So he grabs his syringe and hits my gums and the roof of my mouth a couple more times. I couldn’t feel him do my gums but every new stick in the roof of my mouth I could clearly feel. Immediately after the second round of sticks he grabs his tools and goes back to pulling out the tooth. It was getting more numb through the whole procedure. He grabbed his forceps and pulled the tooth out. He set his tool down, took his gloves off and left the room. His assistant walked me through the aftercare and what I need to do for the wound. (4:19) I’m sitting at the checkout desk paying. I let them set me up a return visit but I have no intention of actually returning to this Dentist office. I honestly feel like he was just trying to rush through my procedure so he could leave and that I was holding him up from leaving. I honestly wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. I don’t know how he is earlier in the day but at end of the day he isn’t friendly, there’s no small talk. I have a really good idea of the time because I was letting my wife know how things were going when the dentist wasn’t in the room.

Went in because I was having issues with my wisdom teeth. I got an appointment within 2 days. The dentist, Hollis was very sweet and she was careful with my extractions. They're very adorable and everyone is so kind. I will be returning.

Dr. Saudi has been providing dental care for my family of six for the past 10 years. He and his staff have always been very professional, caring and have provided the best dental care we could ask for. I would recommend Dr. Saudi and his team to anyone!!

BR Dental Care is a wonderful place! I go for all my dental work. Everyone in the office is very kind and knowledgeable of all procedures, tools, and products. Br Dental Care is very family oriented. Everyone in the building is great at what they do. The Dental Hygenist was very personable and real knowledgeable about every question I asked her. She kept me laughing and I enjoyed every minute in the chair. The Dentist Dr.Suadi is real kind and helpful as well. Every time I speak with him he is kind and approachable. The office schedulers are very kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend BR Dental Care to others! Great Establishment and wonderful people!

First went to this BR Dental Care about 9 years ago it was a wonderful experience it’s a wonderful experience now! Everyone is super nice they make you feel special as if you were truly family, My husband and I both feel this is the best dental place
in town . Dr. Suadi is a most gracious person great expertise his work is superb . I’m an older lady of 76 I went for what they used to call false teeth nowadays you can get them to snap in place just like real teeth they look like veneers ( No one will know ) Price to do this is so reasonable also with Dr. SUADI no pain .
