The staff was great! The dentist and hygienist (Dr. B & Mrs. Heba) were gentle, thorough, and thoughtful. They also took the time to educate about my teeth and what I needed. It was mostly painless and largely tolerable. The overall experience was just incredible! After only my first visit, they have made me a patient for LIFE.

I LOVED my experience at Grand Family Dentistry!! From walking in the front door, everyone was very nice and helpful.I think it was Amanda and Candice that helped me. Seba my hygienist made me comfortable, explained everything well, and wasn’t rough. Dr. Paige was friendly and thorough. I will definitely be back and will let all of my friends know as well! Normally I hate going to the dentist and have anxiety about going. I’m so happy to have found this office, everyone was wonderful!

The entire staff was exceptional in every respect. They were truly courteous, friendly and professional. The facility and equipment are too notch. Dr. Paige takes great care to provide a thorough examination and care. Highly recommended without any reservations.

Great experience from beginning to end!! The business is well organized and up to date! The staff was easy to talk to and made feel very comfortable. My favorite part was the neck cushion- I wanted to purchase it. I appreciated them not trying to sell me or force a service. I got transparency on everything. I would highly recommend everyone - Hygenist Kristy and Dr. Davis really were fabulous.

Nhi, my hygienist, was a sweet soul. She has superb skill to put me into sleep during my cleaning procedure. She was so gentle, courteous and professional. My Hygienist treated me with so much care, love and respect. It was a pleasant experience for me at Grand Family Dentistry.

I was referred to by a family friend who recommended you guys, cousin and I had appointments coming up, she called and canceled them after informing me of how you guys treat people over there.. I see the dental work is amazing but you guys do not seem to respect who helps run your business. She said the Doctors are great however she spoke to Rita at the front and she was rude to her. Disrespectful, the business is only as good as how you treat people and that is NOT good practice! Won’t recommend and she requested to speak to Dr. Paige about this before rescheduling her appointment and was hung up on! Come on people

I went in for an extraction and when I tell you everyone was so calming Dr Diana made absolute sure I did not feel ANY pain I was extremely pleased with how everything went. I recommend anyone with dental fears to come to Grand. I will definitely continue to do my dental journey here. 5 star Service ‼️

I’ve been here twice. I had two different dental hygienists - Nhi and Kat. They made me feel comfortable despite my fear of dentists. 1st visit: Nhi explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job clearing buildup in my teeth. 2nd visit: Kat let me know what was going on during the filling of my cavity which calmed my nerves. The dentist Dr. Diana was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend :)

I Highly recommend Grand Dentistry of Jones Creek Rd. B.R. to anyone searching for a Grand dental experience. I've been a patient there for 3months and have had cosmetic work and cleaning. Shout out to Dr.B., Katherine, and not to mention my (D.D.H) Nhi for maintaining a great environment and practicing quality services.

Great experience as a new patient. All the staff were friendly and accomodating. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me products like some dentist offices are nowadays. The waiting room is spacious, has water, and has bathrooms.
