New patient today! I was very pleased with how thorough my checkup was! They explained every step of the way what they were doing, and what they are going to do and why it is important. I have never experienced a dentist office like Cossich, the kindness from the moment I walked through the door until I left, and even after when they called to schedule my other appointments. I also have some cement still on my teeth from my braces and they are going to get me all cleaned up 😁! Very pleased for a first time visit, I’m not much for the dentist, but they made the experience so pleasurable I WANT to go back, not because I need to.

The doctors and staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The hygienists are thorough and gentle when cleaning. Dr. Cossich (Jr) performed some dental work on three areas recently and I felt no pain at all! I highly recommend this office.

Highly recommend! Everyone at Cossich Family Dentistry is very supportive, kind, informative and very professional. My kids (11 and 12) prefer Cossich over Bippos and felt very comfortable and welcome and trusting and it’s bc the STAFF MADE sure they felt this way! One visit and there dental work complete and the wait with an appointment was about 3 minutes. Love love this place! I recommend highly over any other dentists I have EVER been to! As an RN, I am very impressed and so glad that I chose to switch my family’s dental health over to them!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I've avoided the dentist for over 7 years because of horrible, painful experiences and my own anxiety. After reading the reviews for Cossich Family Dentistry I decided to give it a try- and I'm so glad I did. I was dealing with a tooth abscess which is nothing to play around with. I called at 8am and was by 8:30. Dr. Cossich was absolutely incredible. He took all of my anxieties into consideration and passed no judgment on how long it had been since my last dentist visit. I felt NOTHING during the removal of teeth, stitches, etc. the entire staff was nothing but kind and reassuring. Cannot recommend this place enough! And shockingly excited to go back!

Words can’t describe the incredible staff at Cossich Family Dentistry. I personally faced very high anxiety during my appointment since I hadn’t seen a dentist in several years and I knew several of my teeth had problems. I honestly felt like I was surrounded by family throughout my entire visit. Each and every single thing was patiently explained to me and all of my concerns/fears were addressed. This will be my primary dentist office for as long as possible and I recommend anybody, but especially those who experience high anxiety, to only make an appointment at Cossich!

If I could give more stars I would! Every single person at this office was an absolute pleasure to meet. Katie at the front desk was informative and so helpful. My concerns were all addressed. The dental hygienist and Dr. Cossich were both kind and caring. I cannot recommend them enough!

Since I was a kid, every dentist I have been to has been frustrated with me and told me I have low pain tolerance because I was always in a lot of pain when they worked on my teeth. Today Dr Cossich Jr told me I have a rare extra nerve that he has only seen once before in his practice. Once he numbed that second nerve I was totally in shock how much of a difference it made. Grateful that he took the time and didn’t just rush through. Everyone is so kind and shows interest in your life. Aryel was great and so informative!

All I wanted was a general cleaning and when I walked out my teeth were still in the same shape they were before I walked in. I was told that the doctor diagnosed a deep cleaning that would cost well over $2000 and that would be the only cleaning I could receive. Everything I was told according to the X-rays they took I was already well aware of. Some people can’t afford to get surgical procedures done and a deep cleaning. So I get denied a basic cleaning! I was very displeased, and I’m frustrated that I will have to find another dentist in order to get a general cleaning that everyone should receive every six months that their insurance pays for. I will not be returning to this dentist office.

Everyone I've encountered here has been very pleasant and professional. They were very gentle with me and the kids and are quick to help with a plan if needed, and not jumping straight to the most expensive or dramatic move (also expensive). They're kind and flexible. I'm relieved we were able to get my child's cavities taken care of that day of his checkup. Thanks all of you. Also for being so good with my toddler as she was nervous.
Update... I haven't left a review in a long time and rarely do but I can't say enough about how great this team has been to me and my family. They have really given a high level of professionalism and genuine care. I don't feel like a number nor do I dread my mouth maintenance.
