My visit (as always) was delightful. The staff up front greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. Jade took care of my cleaning as was very caring, professional, and helpful. She made sure if I had any concerns they were addressed and did it gently, making sure I wasn’t uncomfortable with what was going on. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from Hood Dental Care which is why I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

I had an amazing experience at Hood Dental Care! Michelle took great care of me and explained every step she was taking! She is amazing and made me feel so comfortable! Lynsey my hygienist was so friendly while she took care of me. She was so gentle and I felt so relaxed. Dr. Tatum did my exam and she was so sweet. Highly recommend!! They all deserve a raise!!!!

I had to get a crown recently and just want to give a shout-out to Desiree and Dr. Alexander for making it the best experience possible! I was super nervous for no particular reason. By the time my appointment was over, I was laughing & joking with them and had a nice new crown. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout the entire procedure. I’m not exaggerating when I say the entire staff is amazing. They are truly next level when it comes to their systems and customer care. If you’re thinking about going to Hood Dental Care, do it!

I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Hood Dental, Dr. Alexander, and the amazing staff there! I haven’t had great dental experiences in the past, so I was very nervous. They were unbelievably welcoming and were always updating me with what they were doing as they were doing it. Also, I have never been to any type of dental/medical office where they were so thorough and clear about breakdown of payments before you ever even walked to the front to check out! 10/10 recommend!

New patient here. Best Dental office I have ever visited. Everyone super friendly and very efficient- I especially appreciate the time taken to explain procedures, options and cost. Went in for a new filling and a crown -Love Dr. Moore and was very impressed with how quickly the procedures went. My hygienist Jacie is awesome - took care of my deep cleaning and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I love this place and recommend Hood to everyone.

Everyone was Very nice and took their time with me, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process of pulling my front tooth & doing a bone graft prior to implanting a post for an implant. I had a crown which had broken off even with the gum line. Dr. Alexander is great & did a fantastic job & his assistant, Marleigh was so kind, patient & efficient with me. I couldn’t ask for better, kinder dentistry. I highly recommend them.

By far the best dental office I have ever stepped foot into. Everyone was all smiles and extremely friendly from the second I checked in, all the way to check out! The dentists are so gentle and kind, and so welcoming, I felt like family the entire time I was at this office. The assistants and hygienists really helped my dental anxiety with how sweet and helpful they are. And man, those insurance ladies really know their stuff!!! 😜 Wow! Amazing dental experience! From the front desk to the back everyone is very friendly and polite. Jacie, my hygienist, was very gentle! Dr. Sandifer did my doctor exam and informed me I have no cavities :) I would give 100 stars if I could! Absolutely awesome staff, good job Dr. Hood ❤️
