I have to say I love this place so much. I am scared of dentist and hate having to go. Everytime I have had an appointment both front desk,dentist other staff and Dr.Blum made me feel at ease. I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and don't have panic attacks when I have a cavity.

I've have always had a fear of going to the dentist and just overall the pain I may endure knowing my teeth needed work. During my first visit, I was so nervous the staff had to wait a while till I calmed my nerves. They sat down and talked me down and put my nerves to rest that day. The staff and Dr. Blum were and are always very courteous and friendly. They really do take care of their patients and make sure to make your dental visit is as painless and calming as possible. They are very flexible and willing to work with your availability to schedule and get your procedures taken care of. Dr. Blum was very polite and explained all procedures that I needed to have done and which procedures had to come first before others. As always, the financial side of dental work is always difficult especially dependent on the amount of work needed. The staff was very helpful in explaining what my costs would be and the payment plans that were available to me to help me get through it. They made the financial burden of my several procedures much easier to handle with the payment plans available through CareCredit. I have had several visits to their office and every single time it is always a pleasure to go in get the dental work done and see the progress. The really are a great dental office and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Blum is great. She is always professional and always takes time to have personal conversation to get to know her patients. Her staff is incredible. They will go above and beyond for anything that you need. My wife and I travel an hour just to see her!

Love Dr Blum and her staff! They are all so sweet, nice and down to earth. I needed a ton of work and they all made me feel so comfortable and a part of the group. Dr Blum makes sure you are comfortable and calm at all times. I love my new look and it is all thanks to Dr Blum and her staff. I received an email today from this dentist off to pay a bill for $25.50. I asked the biller what was this bill for. She told me this was from 2017. Yes, you read it right 2017. I said, ma’am this is 2022. She told me the bill was from me cancelling and per the notes I called and told them I had a flat tire. I told her the only email I received was from today 2/3/22. I asked her to forward me the other emails. She stated, they don’t have those they just push a button to send the email. Now the invoice original balance said .50 cent. Then after 90 days $25. I’m going to file a complaint with the Louisiana State board of dentistry on this provider. If I called and cancelled due to having a flat why would one be charged. If this happened. I don’t even remember this in 2017. See invoice. The CORRECT DATE OF SERVICE IS NOT ON THE INVOICE FOR 2017.

I have always had an innate fear of dentist but through my visit with Dr. Blum and her wonderful staff, my worries were put to rest. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was promptly given a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Blum was very polite and explained all procedures that I needed to have done. Their payment plans and dental plan are awesome and really breakdown what you need to have done first and shows you exactly what you are going to be paying. Overall, the entire visit was only an hour and a half and I was completely satisfied by the time I left.
