One of the best dental offices that i have been to in a long time treated my kid like as if it was there own

Please stay clear of this clinic. Both my husband and I had work done by both dentist, everything that we paid to have done at this office has to be redone. The amount of pain that we went through and the money that we have to spend is outrageous. Let’s not mention the dentist had to put stitches in my mouth because she cut me filing down a tooth. She also insisted I extract a tooth that could’ve been saved, per her, once she saw the roots! I’m disappointed and wish 0 stars were an option

Very considerate! Listens to my wishes and concerns. Makes you feel comfortable and answers all questions. The hours are great as well.

The environment is very clean and feels homey. The staff is nice.

Please if you want to have a good dental experience don't go here. If you don't want your children petrified of the dentist don't go here. If you don't want someone to do unnecessary procedures and overcharge your insurance don't go here. My fiance recently had a dental appointment here. We arrived fifteen minutes later and upon first getting there we were charged $25 for fluoride which is only used in cleanings -- which was not what we went there for. She was having dental pain and went there to get it treated. Once getting into the back, we saw a total of four different staff members none of which introduced themselves to us in any way shape or form. They took a total of twenty x-rays all of which was unnecessary and excessive. Once that was done the dentist came into review it laid out several things which were not even a problem at the time. They charged the insurance for all of this which wasn't asked for. Then they weren't even going to do the plain cleaning which they already charged for because they said it would be unnecessary and redundant to use since they said she needed a deep cleaning. When I asked for a refund the woman came back and said they were going.to do the cleaning anyway. While doing so the lady was trying to basically overcompensate for the terrible experience and just how unprepared for this whole thing. Even the front desk woman wore no mask the entire time walked around with a superior attitude and was very rude to her fellow co-workers. Will not return to this amateur hour of a dentists office and would suggest that you stay away as well. Far FAR away.

This dentist is a scam. They've told me that I had 6 cavities after years of having 0 cavities. They gave me fillings that left my teeth sensitive to pressure and temperature. They told me the pain would subside in a month--and it hasn't two years later. I knew it was a scam from the beginning, but I had no choice but to go to this dentist because I was unable to drive myself there; I relied on someone else to drive me, and they were unwilling to drive further for a better dentist. My sister's girlfriend went here a few months after my first visit, and she had a similar experience. They told her she had 6 cavities, and they gave her the same, awful fillings, except it was worse: her fillings continued to fall out. They tried to gaslight her and say they didn't even fall out. What a red flag! She continued to go to this dentist just to have this exact same experience every single time for the past two years.

Crescent City Dentistry in St. Rose off River Road was a great experience! I was recommended by a friend and I am very happy I scheduled a cleaned up ! Clean , friendly, everyone was sweet including my very first phone call to make my appointment! Thank You !!

Very fast service. This is the cleanest anyone has ever gotten my teeth. I love Dr. Thompson’s work. Will definitely be back!
