Dr. Dent was so nice and personable! He made my first appointment feel super comfortable and he was very thorough with explaining each step. Nicholette was my hygienist and she was amazing! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist in Lake Charles.

Super rude office staff. Cut me off when I was trying to talk on my first visit. Acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question. The office manager was curt and rude during a phone call. Again acting like I was a problem. Quoted me 1000 after insurance. Doctor was nice however. Should hire a more professional office staff. Customer service seems to be there very last priority.

I visited Dentists of Lake Charles as a first time patient, and based on my experience I will gladly return for all of my dental needs.
From the first time I called to schedule an appointment everyone I interacted with was very courteous and professional. They were able to schedule me in a timely manner for the urgency of my needs, and once I was there for my appointment I was taken back in less than 10 minutes.
Dr. Gilevicius was an excellent care provider. He was thorough in his exam and made sure all of my concerns were addressed before moving forward with treatments. I’ll be honest, I was extremely nervous and I let it be known, but he was patient and understanding the whole way through; He made sure I was comfortable.

Went for tooth problems made from somewhere else. Very professional and quick also understanding.Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the receptionist is awesome 😎. I recommend this Dentist to anyone. No waiting to have a problem fix at all. They do an ex-ray and then they take care of the problem right then and there. No waiting a few days to get a tooth problem taken care of. THE BEST PLACE!!!!!!!

Hands down best dentist I've ever been thru. Went there on 3/24/22 which is today for an emergency for my tooth. They got me in later that afternoon and took care of me plus gave me alot of information and details about my team. A very true loving place. All was welcoming and helpful. I had Dr. Lukas. I don't know how to spell his last name, but honestly I highly recommend this place. I felt loved there. 10 stars
