Twice I have had an appt. scheduled and when I show up for my appt the girlbat the desk saidbthat they had tried aclling ne twice last week to reschedule me and I didnt answer the phone and I had no couce mail..I am 64 yrs old, I DO have voice mail and I answer all my calls but they argueing with me about it..I finally got up the nerve to go to a dentist and im giving the run around..and the lady at the desk is being rude with me..I even just called ti speak with the supervisor and was put on hold, then my call was cut off...I will NEVER set foot in that place again..this is totally unacceptable..

They have been canceling my appointment on the day of the appointment since they became Taylor Dental. First, they didn't have a hygienist for months. Second, the hygienist had a death in the family. Third, the hygienist went in early labor but was already back to schedule another appointment. Then it was no excuse about why they cancel it and just hung up in my face when I tried to ask questions. It's very unprofessional.

The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. My son hates HATES going to the denist, he's four, anyways they was super patient and helpful. They made the appointment so much easier on this momma. We will definitely be returning patients.

I would have put 0 stars but you have to put something on there. Terrible service. I went in March seen the dentist had to go back so they made me an appointment in may. Go home writr it on my calendar. Day comes for my appointment i drive from Sulphur there. Get there 15 minutes early. Sign in and they don't have me an appointment. If i had the card they would have seen me. Who in thete right mind will drive to lake Charles knowing u have to fight afternoon traffic. Or i could have waited to make sure no other appt came in. But i remember the lady who asked if i wanted morning or afternoon. I told them no thanks. I wont be back. Will find another dentist. And im not crazy about the dentist in the first place. But yes i would give up my afternoon going there. Yeh right.

Wish I could give a no star. My son got rescheduled twice. On the third time, I got a call from Shreveport to ask if we were keeping the appointment. Really? Not good at all and not worth it. Too much confusion. Go else where!

My daughter got cancelled twice this week because the manager was not professional with telling me what was need to be done. She was very rude. I would like to speak to someone over her!!!!

Absolutely love it here. The ladies are fast and helpful. They treat each child like they are their own,tending to their every need. Very professional. I will always bring my kids here.

This is 1 of the absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to!! The wait times are rediculous and they have no care for their patients what so ever!!! They are rude and try to screw the insurance companies!!! They think they are slick by changing the name from koolsmiles but they had no choice due to them being in trouble with medicaid!! I suggest suffering before going here!!
