The hygenist is great so if you want clean teeth I recommend her. If you need more extensive work beware. I went here for years and my teeth and smile got worse because the teeth that were being fixed were not done well, They also kept cracking and popping out, when I mentioned problems with the new work they did not repair but took other teeth "out of my bite" which led to more problems. They refused to fix the problem teeth and I am now having to pay thousands to rebuild my bite and get the work done correctly. I also had an overly sensitive tooth that they put a filling into, the sensitivity was severe and got worse, I mentioned it every single time i went in. instead of fixing it they avoided it.It was so bad we even had to skip over it when i would come in for cleanings, they never should have allowed that. I now find out that tooth was not cleaned properly before they put the filling in and continued to decay under the filling, caused serious damage and the tooth flat out DIED.. its not sensitive anymore, its just rotting in my mouth. So now its too late to save it now and is causing systemic infection issues. They claimed that they didnt want to mess with it because i had an impacted wisdom tooth hitting it and it was best to leave it alone- turns out the wisdom tooth is in front of that tooth and doesn't impact that tooth at all, and even if it was, a rotting tooth needs to be dealt with. They just neglected to provide quality care. I don't have dental insurance so this is very expensive and super frustrating since i already paid to have the work done. We are having to rebuild my teeth that they filed down and redo fillings and other work that wasn't done well. Still, none of that deterred me from going there to get my teeth cleaned today.. yet when I arrived the receptionist was ridiculously rude. We have a household that has medical issues, a person who cant have the vaccine, and is at high risk for covid. I had called and asked about COVID policies more than once. I was already bothered when I was told everyone was not vaccinated but that they all wore masks, but since I was the first appt of the day I would have minimal contact. When I arrived and called from my car she told me I needed to come in to fill out a form. When I went in there was someone else in the waiting room and staff was not masked. The receptionist told me to fill out the paperwork and walked off even though I had a couple of questions. I stood there for a while and she just ignored me and went about her business as if I wasn't there. I wasn't filling out the form and clearly needed help. Finally , I got her attention after she had left me standing there and returned a few minutes later. I asked her if they required masks and she curtly informed me "there is no mask mandate in Jefferson parish but you can wear one if you want to" , She then lied and told me all staff were vaccinated even though someone who works there had already told me not everyone was.. the dishonesty and rudeness were the icing on the cake for me. There was no care in the way I was treated and FYI- masks are still required for healthcare facilities in Louisiana and Dental offices fall under that category. While it may be their choice to vaccinate or mask it is not okay to mislead clientele in order to secure an appointment and to treat them terribly when they ask about it or are uncomfortable with the lax precautions. I'll sincerely miss the hygenist, but the rest of the work I've had done there was shoddy and has caused me a world of other troubles that will take thousands of dollars to completely fix. If I don't fix it the damage will be worse over time and some of it is very urgent. As a single mom with no dental insurance this is a devastating and difficult situation for me. I really needed my teeth cleaned today because they are giving me problems but I did not feel safe or cared for when I went in there and that is simply inexcusable.

Hands down the best dentist I have been to. My husband and my kids are also patients here and it’s the first dentist my kids feel comfortable with. I can’t say enough about how great they are! ❤️❤️

Everyone at Creative Smiles Dental was so welcoming and nice. I had extreme tooth pain my current dentist couldn't see me until a week later. This morning I called their office right at 8:30 when they open and they picked up right away. Im not a patient here but after telling them my problem they let me come in right away without previous appointment. I waited less than 15 mins to be seen. Dr. Halder went above and beyond. Via xray I had a tooth abscess and wisdom teeth abscess as well. I needed both pulled and a bone graft. Dr. Halder does not do bone graft so she recommended me to Dr. Ferguson. Dr. Halder personally called so I can see Dr. Ferguson the same day. I was so touched by her kindness. I will definitely be coming back and recommended Dr. Halder to all my family and friends. Thank you again Dr. Halder!

I recently visited Dr.Rhonda to have a nerve removed from my tooth. She is the only dentist I trust with my mouth. Her attention to detail and service is second to none. If you have any teeth issues, I recommend her highly. No residual issues. She is very thorough.

Best experience at Dentist I have ever had. I normally avoid dentist at all costs. But after my 1st visit at Creative Smiles Metarie I no longer feel that way. And that is after having a root canal today.

Best dentist in the surrounding area! Comfortable, convenient and everyone is so friendly! I can't imagine going anywhere else. Also Dr. Halder uses the most modern techniques that help with pain and anxiety associated with dental visits. Excellent experience!

Dumped thousands into my mouth. Got partials from here. Within a month they were broke. They did a "glue" fix. A month later broke again. Glued again. I moved out of state and had to glue them every couple of months. Called and was told they would take care of it, so I drove 12 hours from out of state to be told they weren't meant to be permanent and there was nothing they could do but sell me some more. Oh on a side note during covid the office attempted to bill my insurance for things that I paid for put of pocket. As for the fillings and other work it was good work. But if you want partials that work go elsewhere, because the partials here lasted a month. Also watch the billing closely.

Creative Smiles is the only dental office I will ever go to, because they do excellent work, are very friendly, and never have scheduling conflicts. I Personally recommend seeing Dr. Halder, because she is hands down the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to.

Excellent experience always greet you with a smile explain exactly what your dental needs are and give you options. Most importantly they listen to your questions and they work with you.

I called to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted, but instead of having to wait a few days they saw me the same day. Not only was I seen the same day, they were able to extract my tooth the same day. That surprised me because other oral surgeons would make me take antibiotics for a week, then make a different appointment for the extraction. By the way, the price I paid for everything at Creative Smiles was near the price of only a consultation at my old dentists office. I couldn’t believe how much I saved and more importantly how much pain & discomfort I avoided by going to Creative Smiles. I’ve been to many dentists/oral surgeons and Creative Smiles is by far the nicest, professional, knowledgeable, financially reasonable, and all around best dental office in the area. I’ll only go there for now on. I can’t thank them enough!
