The staff is really nice and warming . I've been afraid of the dentist since I was younger and have been putting off an extraction because of the fear . After talking with different staff members they really made me feel more comfortable than I've ever felt in my life . The extraction was a breeze and I hadn't even noticed it was complete because the atmosphere and good music had me distracted the entire time . Thank you so much to every one on the staff that made the experience so pleasant for me

Dr. Pary and his staff are phenomenal! I had 2 extractions and they made both procedures smooth, easy, and PAINLESS! :-) The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I received star treatment! I was in terrible pain and was able to be seen the same day! My insurance was not active, and this incredible staff introduced me to a care plan that allowed me to pay installments for a year! That truly made my day! Thank God for this dental center! You all are the best!

I've been a client of Smile Dental Center for about 8years and I wouldn't trust my smile with anyone else. The staff treat you like family, the appointments are quick, and they work with you when it comes to payments. I have no doubts recommending to my friends and family.

My experience was great! The staff are all so kind and very knowledgeable and they were very patient with me! I went in with suffering pain for about 2 months and discomfort and here I am 2 days post opp feeling Great!!! Thank you Dr Pary and All the staff ❤️

Had been in intense pain for a week. Called, and was seen same day! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Pary explained all of my options, then let me know each step that he took to bring me relief. April was super helpful at getting me financial options, and finding something that worked for me. I don't care that it's a bit of a drive... they've got a patient for good now!

I guess when he’s the only option on a Saturday for emergency services he can treat you how he wants! I felt as if I inconvenienced him for coming in the office but my child had been in pain all night and nothing was working to stop her discomfort. I had to ask was he going to take my insurance and her stated I can but you have to pay cash today for the visit and after hour services and that my insurance would reimburse me! Most of his delivery I didn’t like and my daughter came from the back and said she didn’t want anyone with an attitude like that to do work on her mouth. Yes it’s a negative for me!

First off, I usually do not leave reviews. However, after the way the Doctor and the woman who did the x-rays made me feel I now feel obligated to let the public know.

I will say, all of the women working the counter and answering the phone are extremely nice and this in no way is a reflection of the way they treated me. Also, the office did get me in on shirt notice.

My experience with the X-ray woman, she was very unfriendly and she just looked at me like she was very judgemental. Maybe it was because I was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt or because we were of different ethnicity, not sure.

After getting the initial CT scan done and they decided to do full x-rays, they literally wouldn't do the job until I made the payment, like right then. I understand wanting to get paid, but anytime I've ever gone to a dentist, I paid as I was leaving. They made me feel as if I was going to try to skip out on them after they were finished.

Also, the diagnosis the Doctor gave me was wack. I went to another dentist immediately, sitting in their parking lot as I write this actually, and they're saying that I do not need to do the work that they're recommending. It seems like this dentist office is trying to sell you a car versus giving you a proper treatment.

Everyone here is super friendly! I felt as if they were genuinely interested in my dental health--not just trying to get through with another patient. Dr. Pary did a fabulous job repairing my dental implants! I couldn't be more pleased.

Highly recommend..... I used to be scared of the dentist. I came in for an abscessed tooth to be removed. Since then I have came back for more dental work. I feel comfortable here. Staff is very professional. They welcome you every time you come visit with a smile on their face. Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to..

They are the best dentists you’ll find around Shreveport. They do amazing work, and they are extremely good with people who have anxiety like myself.
