Lakeshore Family Dentistry

Our two children we’re getting older and needed to move on from a pediatric dentist. So after a lot of research and referrals, we choose Lakeshore Dentistry in March of 2021. We set the earliest possible appointment and that would be in August. Our family has never been to see these dentist. Meanwhile, a freak accident happened to my son at baseball practice on Friday April 16, 2021. He was hit in the mouth by a thrown baseball and three of his front teeth were pushed back. If he didn’t have braces on the doctor said, “he would probably be picking them off of the floor”. I was preforming a wedding service 50 minutes away while my wife was at practice with my son. This accident happened around 7pm. So, one could imagine how hard it would be to get a dentist to perform emergency surgery. Especially after working all week! Not to mention a dentist that one has never met. My wife gave it a chance and dial there office number and left a message. The dentists actually called back and met my wife and son within the hour at their practice. Oh by the way, it was storming outside that night. All our mental storms where calmed when the kind, considerate, selfless dentists gave up an evening to help one little boy be comforted. To put strangers above oneself is one of the highest callings and acts of Love one could do! The surgery went well! We feel that kind of professionalism and hippocratic vow was exemplified by this practice beyond measure! We will always be thankful! The Schneider’s!

Both dentists are excellent, personable, and they take time to give all information needed. The staff members are pleasant and very competent.

I was amazed at how caring and accommodating this facility was! I had not seen a dentist in quite a while and the previous one was closed so I called them. I was having severe pain and swelling on one side of my mouth and needed to be seen ASAP. Never having been to their facility before and just reopening after the Covid-19 shutdowns, I was scared they wouldn't be able to get me in for a while. When I explained my situation to the receptionist, she got me in with in 2 hrs and I was seen that quick! Dr. Ring and his assistant were super nice and very caring. They made me feel very comfortable. Inevitably I was referred to an oral surgeon immediately to have impacted wisdom teeth removed with an abcess. I will be back in a few weeks for a teeth cleaning and will continue to use this facility in the future. Also it was super clean and they were taking all the necessary precautions with the Covid-19 virus to minimize exposure. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This Dentist is just amazing I had some work done elsewhere but was not done right and she fixed me up beautifully took her time and did a great job . Always taken back right away the staff are al great . I would highly recommend this place 💙💚💛
