Worse medical experience I have ever encountered.
I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment at 9AM and was asked if I could wait in my car instead of the waiting area. The staff was then 45 minutes late to bringing to the back to see the doctor.
Secondly, I agreed to pay a specified amount for the procedure and then after the procedure was completed they charged me a different amount. They had a week to run my insurance to know before my procedure if I had coverage and they waited until after my procedure to do this resulting in a charge 3X the initial amount.
The office manger is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is incapable of listening to a concern and addressing the concern instead of making up something to cover their tracks. I went to a dentist office and was told because I was a patient of a certain dentist that worked at their office then my issues were not of their concern.
I had to go back twice for the doctor to correct the surgery. I ended up having to go a completely different office to get the procedure done correctly.

I wanted to thank Dr. Thompson and her assistant Ciara for helping me through some bad times with my teeth. Dr. Thompson is so gentle and caring. Ciara is very helpful and you can ask her anything. If they don't have the answer they will find it for you. I've been there 4 times so far and their service has been excellent. If you are looking for a great dental office Crescent City Dentistry is the place to go.

Worst experience ever made an appointment a month ahead where they assured they'll take care of my family after 2 hours of waiting they only want it to take care of my husband due to a better insurance, still charged us 50 for cleaning even though they assured 0$ for insured patients they don't even deserved a star.

If I could give a 0 I would. My son went for a root canal they fractured his tooth.There always late I mean 3 hour visits.There rude when challenged.I dislike this place wholeheartedly and if you have another opinion go there because, they are ridiculous.Never would I ever go there again in life.I would stay in pain before going here.My son had to go to 3 others Dentist after these people work.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤬
