Overall great experience. I was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth, they got me in to be looked at in a timely manor and got me scheduled right away for extraction. The 2 docs that removed my tooth were awesome, no pain, and very caring. I was visibly nervous and sweating, one brought me a cool damp cloth for my forehead without skipping a beat or asking me, it helped more than i think she knows, and was deeply appreciated. Had questions about after care which were all answered accurately, I followed her directions and recovery has been a breeze, no pain!! This will be my go-to in the future if necessary. Thank you to the PCHC staff!!

I had a filling fall out and broken tooth, I went in and the Dentist crammed some temp filling on it and called it good never tried to grind down the razor sharp piece that was cutting me and the filling fell by the time I got home, I had to go back the next day and beg someone to fix the sharp edge,That cost me 180 bucks,Then after that , They forced me to get an expensive workup and dental plan and x rays I was told I needed a root canal ,Crown build up,and a crown for around 3500 bucks.
I felt like there personal atm Machine..I realized I was getting ripped off and cancelled all my appointments and asked for my deposit back which took 2 months to receive. After 3 weeks of wasted time and money my tooth still broken so I called StillWater dental instead,And Like I thought all I needed was a simple crown for 1400 bucks,I went there instead and they were professional and had my crown done in house and in about 2 hours I was happy and out the door.
Avoid this place,,You will be sorry..

Great staff and very caring. My teeth are jacked from a long battle with depression, anxiety, and combat related ptsd. The nurse I had was very sweet and carrying and so was the doctor. My ptsd and anxiety make it very hard to motivate myself to get to the dentist because I feel embarrassed about my mouth. Going tomorrow morning only after 6 days of healing After a recent double surgical removal and their empathy and compassion made me feel a ton more at ease. Thanks,

I had two have two teeth pulled I waited in pain for 2 weeks for an appt w/ nitrous. My tooth wouldn’t get numb. The entire time she was attempting to fish out my tooth at least 45 minutes she was either laughing it up with the supervisor or scolding me for not taking care of my teeth. Mind you I’m sobbing as she’s working on me. After she failed to get it out her supervisor did it in 3 minutes. I was sent home in tremendous pain from her digging away. I’m traumatized by the whole experience. I’ve had 2 cracked teeth now for months but I’m too afraid to go to a dentist now.

Trued calling multiple times within bussiness hours just to have my call go directly to voicemail. Seems bad for bussiness 🤷♀️

They lost our paperwork 3 times, including once we when dropped it off at reception. Our sliding scale application was never processed and the person processing it was inaccessible by phone. Consequently we were billed full price for an emergency dental bill, an amount we could not afford. The dentists were generally ok, though occasionally we got someone who was rude and nasty. Regardless the administration is rubbish. Only go here if you have no better options.

Took my child in to the emergency walk-in because she is in so much pain she can not eat or sleep. They took xrays, told me what needed to be fixed, refused to fix the problem and told me she was on a waiting list to get in as soon as they start accepting new patients. I waited months than when I called them today to check on that status I was informed they don’t have her on a waiting list, they did not add her to one today, and if I wanted help to bring her into walk-in care again. I am seriously not impressed. If I were to call the fire department and they came to my home, agreed my house was on fire, than got in three trucks and left billing me for absolutely nothing? That is exactly what this emergency dental office provides. Absolutely nothing but a confirmation of what we already know and a bill. I wouldn’t recommend them to treat my neighbors dog.

If i could give no stars I would! The dentist my son saw today was extremely rude, so much so that I almost walked out. I will be canceling my children's next appointments that were made and finding a new dentist. I wouldn't ever recommended this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and demeaning.

Not going to lie I was scared to go here after reading some negative reviews. I was so taken care of from beginning to end..even after I got home, after my extraction they called and asked how I was doing and asked if I had questions...this place makes it possible for low income families to finally get affordable work done...they found me an appointment first thing next day...I can't thank them enough..the resceptionists nurses and the two dentists I met..thankyou so much!! Definitely bringing the rest of my family 😁

Update:
while I was able to walk in, and may have been able to obtain services, services rendering with Nitrus Oxide are only available on Wednesdays.
I was not issued any sort of pain reducers, though that was clearly marked on signage around the building. I was also not prescribed antibiotics either. I feel like waiting 3 weeks for the oral surgeon is ample time to develop an infection. In which case, basic logic and intuition tell me that they wouldn't be operating on me if i had an infection as this could lead to serious health risks. Im somewhat disappointed that the services I would like to obtain were not more expediently available.

Well, I havent gone yet, but I need to. Dr. Erickson is booked 2-3 weeks out, and I ought to get this done now. Im hoping for wonderful service, but average rating of 2.8 has me worried, as the rating can never be less than 1.
Still I have had my doctor though PCHC, and they have been good. Im hoping for the best, in a process I know is going to hurt, cost, and suck. Will post results.
