I decided to change dentists due to location. Falmouth Dentistry is relatively close to my work, however I (nor my husband who also had a bad experience) will not be returning. My cleaning was fine, but after my cleaning was complete I waited 35 mins to see the dentist, who never came in and I left. They also tried to take X-rays after saying several times that I had just had them in February.
My husband went today for a cleaning and never even got a cleaning - still unsure how that is even possible!

To have a successful practice, you not only need to be talented and personable as a caregiver.. you have to hire will and maintain a great staff, and I could not give higher marks for Dr. Kyra and her entire staff. Not to mention, they were able to extract two of my wisdom teeth in less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!
