I appreciated the time that Dr. Ford took to address a previous issue I had here. To directly address the concerns of a patient shows character. Also, a lovely esthetician. Very pleasant to work with.

Awful experience. Saw I was in distress about tooth pain and convinced me to get an extra tooth pulled even though I was only there for my wisdom teeth. He was just trying to get money out of an 18 year old who didn't understand how severe tooth infections worked, and he convinced me that the pain of a root canal would be far more severe than I now know it to be. Now I am missing a tooth because there is no way I can afford the implants that he convinced me would be an easy fix for my distress.

Office staff is dis functional have been waiting over a month in pain to have a tooth removed. The staff is a representation of the doctor after all he is the captain of the ship.
