I had a cap fall out of one of my teeth and being 3 hours away from home I called Dunstan dental. They fit me in and put the cap back on. They are so friendly and they tell you everything they are doing to you. I retire in 2 years and moving up here. I think I found my dentist.

This is my first review ever. I am completely dissatisfied with the service, or lack thereof. More than 7 months ago, I called this practice and explained in no uncertain terms that I had a chipped front tooth that needed to be repaired. They scheduled an appointment for me 3 months later. I went in fully expecting the tooth to be repaired when I left. I ended up going in and getting a light cleaning (which I didn’t need, but apparently they just like to bill your insurance) and then I was told they did not have time to fix the tooth. They then proceeded to schedule me another appointment to have my tooth fixed an additional 3 months down the road. That’s right folks, 6 MONTHS WAIT to have a tooth fixed. During the waiting period the too started to rot extensively and require major work.
The morning of the scheduled appointment I had to have emergency surgery due to my gallbladder being removed. I arrived at my appointment at the scheduled time but did inform them I had had anesthesia that morning, and they stated they were very busy that day, and would prefer to reschedule my appointment again another 3 months down the road.
The dentists here should be ashamed of their repulsive business practices and lack of compassion for their patients. I have uploaded pictures for potential clients to see what a horror show my mouth looks like (they somehow managed to have google remove this, see yelp) in hopes they will seek out a dentist with a higher standard of ethics.
It is shameful in the response below they are trying to distance themselves from their repulsive business practices. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE FOR 15 YEARS. THIS PRACTICE HAS FIXED THE CHIP IN MY TOOTH 2 TIMES SINCE 2011. I HAVE MISSED NO APPOINTMENTS, I HAVE MY INSURANCE BILLING STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT. TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW - I ASSURE YOU THIS IS THE CORRECT OFFICE, I HAVE MADE NO MISTAKE.

Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. Once I finally did sit, Abbie and Doug were great. The hours are also very convenient. Being open until 6 on thursdays and from 8-12 on saturdays allows for a lot of flexibility in making appointments which can’t be found at other dentists.
