Dentistry at Hagerstown

Staff was friendly, professional. Dr Weir is an incredible dentist. Addressed all my needs. Made me feel very at ease with work I am getting done. So personable as well, having conversation outside of dentistry. Her assistant Kayla also so knowledgeable. I have found my dentist! Great work!

I recently had an appointment with Dr Yvette Weir at Dentistry Hagerstown. I was very nervous initially to be having dental work beyond a cleaning. My experienced was very pleasant. Dr Weir made me feel comfortable with her professionalism, cheerful demeanor and expert skills. She was quick and efficient. The process was pain free. I would highly recommend her for all your dental needs.

I am terrified of going to the dentist due to a traumatic event that took place involving my teeth when I was younger. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with a warmth I’ve never experienced in a dental office. From the front desk person, the hygienist and the dentist herself I was treated with compassion and understanding. I was assured and reassured by Al staff that I am in good hands! Dr. Weir took the time to get to know me as individual before she even sat in her chair to become my dentist! Very highly recommended!

After experiencing a dental emergency, I contacted numerous dental offices. Dentistry at Hagerstown was the only office that returned my call and offered an apology for not responding sooner to boot! Very professional and warm, similar to what I remember of people caring for people many years ago. Definitely not the norm anymore unfortunately….. Would highly recommend!

I had been receiving inferior dental care at a different well known local practice for years and it got to the point where the dentist was doing damage to my teeth and giving me horrific advice. My concerns and cries of pain were either ignored, misdiagnosed or improperly fixed. I was in so much pain for so long, I sought out and new dentist and found Dr. Yvette! The experience between doctors was night and day. I was treated with such care here. Dr. Yvette was able to do a simple cold test and confirm that I didn’t need a different tooth pulled! I had shown up for an extraction the previous office insisted I needed. She fixed the teeth that were truly in pain and essentially held my hand through the process due to my fear of the dentist. She checked in on me. Gave me a ball to squeeze. Showed total interest in me as a person and a patient. This is now my new Dental practice. If you’re scared of the dentist and want a Dr. Who makes you feel relaxed and at ease while getting good dental care, considering switching. When I left my previous office, I would be drained of adrenaline, sweating, and filled with panic. I would need the entire day to recuperate mentally, physically ad emotionally. I had 2 large fillings with Dr. Yvette and I was so calm and relaxed after, I went shopping at Target. I could NEVER have done that after a visit with my previous dentist. I’m so grateful for her professionalism while still being down to earth and caring about me as a person and not a number. The staff are great too!

Dr. Weir is nice and friendly. Office is a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Staff is friendly and understanding. I've been coming to this office for over a decade when Dr. Bacon was in practice. I loved his practice and now that Dr. Weir is the new dentist with her amazing staff, I feel a sense of happiness and satisfaction when I leave the office much like I did when I left Dr. Bacons office years ago!

This office is amazing. I called and was able to get in for an emergency appointment. I am scared of the dentist due to my past. They were very kind and friendly. They kept me at ease the whole time, even when I had a breakdown in the chair. This is definitely a place I will keep coming back too. Thank you guys for everything.

Amber my dental hygienist was awesome. She explained everything that she was doing and what it was for. On the other hand however, Dr. Weir spent less than 2 minutes with me after my cleaning and didn't even bother looking in my mouth. Hopefully things will be better with her the next time.

The staff were professional and very considerate. Kaitlyn, hygienist, asked me to share with her any areas of discomfort that I tend to deal with during a cleaning. She then took steps to ensure I didn't experience those with her. Dr Weir is knowledgeable and makes certain that you feel comfortable asking questions. Never did I feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr Weir and her staff to anyone. My experience as a first time patient was extraordinary.

Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been too. The energy in the office is great. It’s a very professional and friendly environment. The services I received was worth the money and for any services they can’t provide, they still lead you in the right direction to get it. They gained a permanent patient for sure.
