I do like the hygienist & dentist. The office has been refurbished and looks awesome..
However, I am frustrated, that since they have taken over for what used to be Dr. Bacons practice.. I have received calls at 3 different times on the Monday before my Thursday appt (that was scheduled 6 months prior) that they needed to reschedule me because the dentist won't be in the day of my appt..2 times they corrected it & I could keep the appt. 1 time I had to reschedule.
I don't think this should have happened.
My first review I gave them 5 stars. But have dropped it to 3 since this keeps happening. Not very professional. Hopefully it won't happen again

Everyone was great. No complaints here. Even though I understand why they did it, they should have notified patients about changes to the practice including new dentist.

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Aulakh, but my experience thus far has been nothing short of positive. She, along with her entire staff, are very friendly and caring. They have the patients best interest at heart for sure and I am happy to be a patient of theirs. I stumbled upon the office while searching for a new dentist on Google and if you are considering a new dentist, look no further!

Dr. Aulakh was phenomenal! As a new patient, especially during this period of pandemic, I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience I had at my dental appointment. Dr. Aulakh's staff was courteous, kind, understanding and forgiving of my need to reschedule. Once I finally got in to see the dentist, I was blown away with how skilled and swift she was in her craftsmanship! She had me in and out within an hour at the most... and that was to replace a massive filling that had recently fallen out in my back molar (#2), including xrays and chitchat. I've felt absolutely ZERO pain - from the initial injection of numbing medication to this very minute, now eight or so hours after the procedure. I could go on and on with compliments, but it is for reasons such as these that I literally, could not have any more positive of a review to leave for Dr. Aulakh and her staff. I've already scheduled an appointment for my six year old daughter and I will be sure to recommend to all my friends in need of a dentist! Dr. Aulakh gives me faith in the medical/dental profession again... and the fact that there can be personability in care vs. the sterility we've come to expect. Top notch service with a smile - a big, beautiful, white one :)

If I could give lower than A 1 I would. Dentist nasty with a bad attitude after them rescheduling multiple times. Gave 0 directives after a tooth pull. Its a shame other employees were making apologies for her nasty behavior.
Do not recommend.
On top of over $300.00 to pull one tooth.

New patient appointment 2 weeks ago. Initially I thought staff was courteous. The dental hygienist pleasant, very thorough, and provided education on preventive care. The dentist however, spent a few minutes on the dental exam, felt rushed, and didn’t ask if I had questions. It was recommended I get an X-ray due to my condition that isn’t covered by my insurance. I explained I wasn’t prepared to pay any out of pocket cost. I was then informed by staff (Bobbi) that she would speak to the dental hygienist regarding other options/next step of treatment plan and call me. Couple days go by no call. I decided to call and follow up. Spoke to Bobbi stated “ still working on it” and that they didn’t forget about me. I was then asked to contact my previous dentist and obtain last x-ray. Dentist emailed me everything they had and it was forwarded. Called a second time today to confirm receipt. Spoke to staff who stated Bobbi was on lunch. Staff confirmed wasn’t the correct x-ray. Was told she would have Bobbi return my call. No surprise I didn’t receive a call. This has been draining as a new patient. Very unprofessional will not return.

I have been a patient for over 10 years with exceptional care and service throughout that time. All staff are very friendly with the utmost professionalism. Michaela is my "go to" hygienist that makes the trip to the dentist enjoyable. I have the cleanest teeth in the county thanks to her!

First cleaning and consultation. Doc Aulakh was thorough and caring, made me feel at ease about my teeth issues. Michelle, whom cleaned my teeth, was beyond excellent and listened to everything I had to say (I talk a lot!) and she took extra care when flossing my teeth, something I have had horrible issues with in respect to other dentists in the area. Jen up front was super personable and made me feel right at home as well. You won’t regret making an appointment with these wonderful ladies!! Great attitudes, great service!!
