Best experience ever!!! Dr. Bae is by far the best! There is virtually no wait time, staff is very professional and polite. Facility is clean. The doctor and staff are very customer oriented. He explains the procedure as he goes, tells you what you will feel, when and why he is doing curtain things. And I had NO PAIN with any of my procedures. For those who have had bad experiences in the past, Dr. Bae is your Dentist! Great with kids too!

Dr. JT is Awesome! My husband and I were at his office the other day and he took his time to explain and do things. I personally have been in so many dental office but Dr JT is different . He does great job and the receptionist and his assistants in the office are wonderful too. I love their work and We’re part of dentistry family. Am so glad my brother in law recommended them to us. I visited the office recently for my 6 month check up, and believe they are doing an excellent job with ensuring safety is maintained during this pandemic. My temperature was checked immediately upon arrival, I received sanitizer, and took a brief survey regarding COVID before proceeding with my appointment. I always have the most pleasant experience here. Even when my insurance changed the office called to inform me of the cost in a timely manner. Dr. Choi is always smiling and professional.

The office called and texted me to confirm my appointment. I confirmed via text. When I arrived I was told they could not locate my insurance provider. I was not asked the relevant questions to help them locate it. After a half hour I was told they need my prior records to perform a cleaning, or I’d have to pay extra for x-rays. Communication and customer service were subpar... Complete waste of time and money, as I had to take the day off.

Very friendly people, great COVID precautions to keep everyone safe, very clean environment, and overall a very good experience was given here. They’re very informative on every bit of information they tell you and always ask if you have any questions regarding the information they’ve told you. Was asked multiple times if I was comfortable, very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Bae for over 2 decades. He is gentle, thorough, and honest. He has always given me multiple options if I need something done and has always opted to save teeth rather than go straight for the root canals and crowns. I trust him completely. You will not be disappointed!
