I have recently been seen twice at Burtonsville Dental Suite and am very impressed with their practice. All of their staff is courteous and efficient. Appointments are easy to schedule, and they recently fit me in when I had dental pain. Their equipment and instrumentation is state of the art, and they explain everything that they find with photos so the patient can understand. I was also impressed that they made sure that the numbing medication was sufficient to prevent discomfort before they began the procedure. I told the dentist that this was the best dental care that I had ever experienced in my life ( I'm over 60 years old).

I would highly recommend them! Like most, I do not look forward to going to the dentist. But the team at Burtonsville Dental Suite made me feel so welcome. As soon as I walked in the woman at the front desk greeted me. The team is punctual. I didn’t have to wait. The hygienist was super gentle during my cleaning. I was actually able to sit through it without feeling tense. She explained what she was doing along the way and she took her time. During my exam with the Dr, she walked me through her observations and some options for me to consider. At no point did I feel pressured about next steps, so it was overall a great experience.

I have been coming to this practice for years and stayed with it when sold by Dr. Dosh. I just had crown work done on a cracked molar. This is the second molar that has recently needed crown work. The staff at Burtonsville Dental is always very courteous and pleasant. I have a lot of confidence that the work done by Dr. Chen. Everything has gone well, and I have had no problems. Everyone in the office is very professional and seems to be concerned that you receive great care.

Dr. Cha did an amazing job on my root canal follow up and crown replacement. She explained the process before we started and kept me updated on our progress during the procedure. She took before and after pictures of my tooth and the results were great.
