Between Jennifer, Dr. Mazzei, Karen, and the front desk staff, I have never experienced this level of kindness and gentleness undergoing dental work. For many, many years I have struggled with extreme anxiety when anticipating or undergoing ANY work in my mouth (resulting in too many years avoiding going anywhere near a dentist).
They have never made me feel ashamed and have always treated me with dignity and kindness as they respond with a variety of methods to reduce any pain or tension. For the first time in my life, I'm not terrified to go see them.
