Timonium Family Dentistry

I had gone to another dentist and I was left in a lot of pain. I called Timonium Family Dentistry after waiting too long. The dentist saw me right away. He took the time to discuss options with me. He treated me with genuine respect and understanding. The dental assistant was very kind and understanding, as well. They worked on my mouth immediately and I left without any pain. And even better my pain never returned. I returned 2 weeks later, as requested, they just wanted to make sure I healed up... which I did! If you are looking for a dentist that will take time with you, to listen and is genuinely understanding... this is it. If you have had a bad experience with a dentist and you need a staff that is kind and patient, again, this is the one. I would recommend them to my best friend. Thank you so much for the incredible care that I received.

I am so happy to have found this dental office. Everyone here was so welcoming and friendly. I have severe dental anxiety and had put off seeing the dentist for quite sometime because of past experiences. I filled out an appointment request online and Dr. Mo promptly called me back that afternoon and I was able to be seen the very next day. Tatyana was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, personable- I cannot say enough good things about her. I was once again promptly scheduled for my follow up- there was no pushing of services and i was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit to this office. Highly recommended!

This was my daughters first visit to the office. The gentleman that booked her appointment was very nice and professional and the young girl that checked us in was the same. The woman that cleaned my daughters teeth was far from
Professional. My daughter came out in tears.

When my daughter got in the car she stated that she gagged a few times because she has a strong gag reflex like myself and the lady told her she could tell she did not want to be there but she did not need to be dramatic about it. My daughter said she apologized and she said nothing back to her. She said she explained nothing she was doing and she kept leaving her in the chair and sometimes not coming back for several minutes. She said they did a sealant on her teeth and she was having a hard time breathing and the lady was hurting her cheek holding her mouth open . When the exam was over she handed my daughter a care bag and walked away and left her to find her way back out to waiting room.

I will say my daughter can be a very typical preteen girl. She was not in a good mood, because I made her get up on a Saturday morning and go to the dentist, which is not her favorite, but how this woman acted was totally unprofessional. I have worked in customer service/medical field for almost 20 years and you keep your feelings to yourself and not let that hinder your quality of care. She should have been explained what she was doing to my daughter and not take my daughters lack of enthusiasm as an attack and treat her poorly.

The dentist came out to tell me that they were putting sealant on my daughters teeth to prevent cavities. He never introduced himself or said anything else about the health of her teeth and neither did the hygienist. I’m pretty sure that before they do anything like that you are supposed to ask the parents permission even if it’s covered by insurance??? Maybe I’m wrong about that.

Luckily, I am eligible to upgrade to better insurance soon and I will be finding a different place for routine dental care for her. Hopefully this was just a series of unfortunate events and this is not the normal standard of care by the staff of this office. Either way it happened and I will be finding a different office.

Today was a cleaning. Embarrassingly it's been too long but they were very nice about everything. Hygienist was a great girl, and Dr Muhammed is every bit a gentle and direct dentist. He did amazing surgical work on three very impacted wisdom teeth some years ago and i have not had any issues with the surgery. No pain. Honestly, even after the operation i did not have that much pain. I'll be back soon!

I was afraid of the dentist for years. I knew I needed to take care of my oral hygiene, so I started calling around for prices on various things. Not only did the staff help me shop for dental insurance before I had my first appointment with them, but the staff was so welcoming that I was able to get over my fears and start the process of fixing my teeth. They do everything here so I never had to go somewhere else for a procedure. Dr.Mo is a savant. The front desk staff is incredible. I will never go anywhere other than Timonium Family Dentistry.

I've been with this location over 20 years started with Dr. Bloom. Dr. Mo and his staff are very friendly professionally considerate and helpful. The office is clean and beautiful. The dental equipment are new and updated. What more can you ask for! : )
Here is a thought for you, open mind, positive attitude and you'll get the same from the staff and doctors. My visits are always pleasant and great.

From the time I called TFD to discuss my treatment options and concerns I was greeted by the most welcoming, friendly voice! Once I arrived for my appointment I was treated with the most gentle kind hands and the utmost respect! I’m so glad I made the decision to get treated by Dr. M and his girls!

Dr. Mo and his staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Mo makes you feel at ease while your sitting in chair. I totally recommend this dentistry for anyone looking for a superb Doctor.

I always read reviews before visiting places. And honestly, sometimes you have to experience things for yourself! I have to start by saying that from my initial phone call to my first visit, everything was great. I called desperately looking for a new dentist that could help me with my needs along with my excruciating pain. I got an appointment ASAP!! Front desk was amazing, Maddie, my hygienist was outstanding and Dr. Mo was very calm, cool and collected. For me, I’ve been in customer service for 33 years and in a medical background for 19. I want people to be straight forward and honest with me. That’s what I got with this office. I feel like people should be clear and understanding. But for me as a person, a direct approach works great!! There’s a way that things can be said and done in a respectable manner instead of sugarcoating things!! I think, well I know this office and I will become great “friends”. Keep doing what you’re doing, TFD! You can’t win them all but you’ve won me!!

BEST Dental Practice EVER! After my dentist of 20 years retired unexpectedly, I was nervous about finding a new one. When I googled and found Dr. Mohammed, it was close and the reviews were great. I had 2 teeth extracted and felt NO PAIN; only pressure. I was in and out in record time. From the front office staff to the hygienists, this is an excellent, professional dental practice! I got lucky with them and couldn't be happier. You will be in good hands if you use Dr. Mohammed! Well deserving of 5 STARS!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
