Chris at the front office is literally one of my favorite people I enjoy seeing and talking with. He has a great sense of humor, compassion, and understanding. Really one of the best front end humans. Chris is also awesome about helping you make or reschedule appointments. The office is also great about having patients on a wait list and getting you in if you have an emergency.
The office is always clean and offers bottled water while you wait. The office is comfortable and relaxing for a dentist office. The chairs are supportive and comfortable. The lighting isn't bad. It doesn't have that gross dentist office smell that other places have.
Dr. Gomez is one of the most mellow and kind people I've had the opportunity to meet. He and his staff are validating of my concerns. He's patient and gentle. He literally tells you exactly what he's doing so you don't feel scared.
The only thing I'm really not thrilled about is that after the company got an upgrade, they have an annoying looping (thankfully silent) TV. The info could be a bit better about topics, but I can ignore it. If the sound was on, not so much.
I send then Christmas cards because of how wonderful they are and how great they take care of my family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
