I was so thrilled at how responsive Dr. Goldsher was, first to my after-hours emergency call (he called back very promptly) and later for an emergency in-office visit. I felt that Dr. Goldsher and his staff went out of their way to make room in their busy afternoon schedule so that my son could be seen. Their professionalism and care is second to none - they took excellent care of my son, and he is already doing much better! I'm a very happy mama!

Not the cleaning im used too.. the women I had must of been new.. everyone was nice just wish I had better cleaning of my teeth. And the doctor I had come in at the end was super fast and didn't say too much just wanted to get in and out it seemed. Super werid experience. Not great.

I had high hopes and was very disappointed. The front desk staff are not very customer service oriented, actually bordering on rude, both of them.
I went in to have a front tooth repaired. Their fist attempt, they didn't even show me with a mirror. I went home and it was translucent gray. How they didn't notice that is beyond me. I went back, this time it was a little better but still not a perfect match AND not even the same size as the other front tooth so my front tooth does not meet the bottom tooth when I close my mouth.
God forbid they have to do a little extra work in the billing area. One some inconvenience for them and they threaten that next service will have to be paid in full by you next visit. Also their out of pocket cost is much higher than I have ever paid before, even in the Boston area. Don't waste your money on this practice, just go to Athol Dental instead, at least they are helpful and the Dentist does a good job and doesn't overcharge or threaten.
