If I could leave no stars I would. it takes a lot for me to go the dentist because I have a deep fear. I had seen Dr. Peterson in the past, and I felt comfortable, so that is why I wanted to return although I live a distance away. When trying to make an appointment I had a lot of trouble even getting someone to get back to me. Then I book an appointment and provide my insurance, go to the appointment only to be told I can’t be found in the system and they don’t take my insurance after all. I’m not sure what the point of taking insurance information ahead of time is if they don’t check it. And I’m absolutely in the system I verified that with one call. Delta Dental isn’t exactly unheard of insurance in MA. Plus and most importantly the woman at the front desk was beyond rude. There’s no place for that when dealing with customers of any kind especially at a heath practice. Avoid! Treat people as you would want to be treated

I was suggested to go this dentist office for a sever pain coming from a tooth that ultimately needed to have a root canal preformed on it! Being someone who usually tells the dentist off even before they start to do work this was certainly not the case at Canal Side Family Dental! From the moment I walked in I felt at ease and all sense of doubt and nervousness went away! The team there are very kind and understanding from the moment you walk in (Mary) in the office Is very welcoming and works very hard to make sure that your seen in a timely basis and if you need multiple visits for a procedure she finds a way so there is not too long of a wait in between! She was very helpful when it came to assisting me understand what the next courses of action would be as well as explaining care credit. Dr Dalton was very understanding and helpful when explaining what had to be done as well as keeping me informed ahead of his every move. I am Highly satisfied with this office and the team of skilled professionals that work there and am happy that I have found a dentist office that I am confident and comfortable going to! No more worries about going to the dentist when it’s at Canal Side Family Dental!

I'd been in terrible pain for approximately two months and had already seen two dentists for my tooth ache, but each one of them said that nothing was wrong with my tooth. I called Canal Side Family Dental and they fit me into their schedule as an emergency. Dr. Adelstein immediately found what was wrong. I had a crack that went across my entire tooth. Dr. Adelstein and her staff were so nice and very professional. I highly recommend their dental services.

Told them I only have masshealth. They sais ok no problem at all. The do a quick exam. Over 100$ why do they keep sending me bills when they were fraudulent. So I'm going to send it to mass health and explain the harassment
