Called them this morning , was in the chair a couple hours later and they did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. They were very clean and professional and the doctor also was also great , professional and a great sense of humor to boot. I’m glad I found a new dentist. Strongly recommend them

I am a very high anxiety nervous dental patient. The dental assistant was amazing and made me feel comfortable and tried to ease as much anxiety as she possibly could. She was patient and kind. The doctor seemed like he wanted to rush right into the procedure regardless of my anxiety but the assistant explained and doctor was fine after that. I will be returning for more work and I would recommend this practice to those that need a clean professional dental practice.

I thought the staff was very friendly. The lady at the front desk that bought me my paperwork was sweet and very helpful with questions I didn't understand. The dental assistant was extremely nice and very patient and when checking out the other lady who I was talking to about making a payment on my next visit was extremely sweet and was listening. It wasn't one of those fake uh-huh uh-huh nods 😉 and the dentist I believe it's Dr sheea?.... Was very gentle and did things I didn't even know I needed done and now I feel more confident when I smile and he was so sweet to give me a payment plan which a lot of places don't do and I really appreciate that because I'm on disability and it will take a couple of months instead of one month to get the payment done. You guys rock and I will definitely definitely pass your business along to others thank you so much. See you December 7th.....Regi.🌞

I am so amaze thus far with this office. First of I was able to get an appointment extremely fast. Once I got there was a bit nervous, first time, so normal. The office itself, very clean and only 3 chairs to sit due to social distancing since Covid19. The staff, from start to finish was great, awesome customer service. The Dentist, was super great. Explained everything well, friendly and funny. The work was done excellent and in a timely fashion. I definitely recommended it and will definitely continue as a patient at this dentist facility.

**UPDATE** Went back due to a toothache. First time prescribed antibiotics. Went back a week later, "tried" to pull my tooth out, no luck, left with a toothache and a prescription for Tylenol with codeine. Go back a week later, same scenario, no luck, left with a toothache and prescription for Tylenol with codeine. Very unsatisfied with process, still no tooth out, still with a toothache here and there, just unreal. Looking for a dentist that can help me in pulling out a tooth. Lost all my trust with this process. How many times it takes to pull a tooth out? Just didn't seem like something normal, in my opinion.

**UPDATE** Dentist office read my review update. So, they called me to explain why after a few tries, he was not able to pull my tooth out. Not to satisfied with the explanation/excuse. End up prescribing antibiotics again, since I did indicate my tooth was bothering me the day b4 he called me. I just had lumbar surgery, so it will be a while b4 I deal with this office again, if I ever do.

**UPDATE** Never went back. Went to Caring Health Center. A total different experience. Tooth was pulled, first try and it took less than a minute. I didn't even feel any pain or discomfort. Once it was pulled, Dentist said "all done", I said already? I was super amazed and very satisfied with the process and my experience. I was so happy no more toothache.

First visit and not last! Will refer to our family and friends. Dr Shi is amazing even don’t doing my mom’s, he explain everything to us and would refer a especialist in case we want to try, gave us an estimate of how much would it cost, etc….He was not on hush but taking care of my mom in between others patients. Well done doctor. Hope all of you patients feel the same!

I went with concerns due to experiences at other dentists not treating the infection before pulling the tooth. , which causes the infection to possibly spread through the other teeth ...The doc looked quick at the xrays said we were going to treat infection first an gave me scripts. I was treated respectfully and quickly. Excellent service.

I was so nervous a few months back on work I needed done but at chicopee family dental my experience was totally different. Their staff is great,easy to talk to and very helpful. My appointments were made according to my schedule which was a plus for me . I would recommended to family and friends. I am very happy with the work done .It has restored my smile and my confidence. I'm so happy I found this office! Peaceful and friendly setting. Not aggressive or trying to fix problems that aren't there.

Dr.Shi is an amazing dentist. The waiting is very clean the chairs are set up for distancing. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. The ladies in the back that work close with Dr. Shi are very good at there job. Dr. Shi is a really great dentist he knows what he is doing. He fills you in on everything He's doing & going to do.
