My experience couldn't have been better!!Dr. Shi is a great dentist my cosmetic work I had done came out perfect!He gave me a check when I was there yesterday because the insurance paid more than the estimate he gave me..I had insurance money available from last yr..He is very honest and he has a great sense of humor..which I really appreciate.lol thx Dr Shi!!!!

Chicopee family dental is one of the best offices I’ve ever been to. It’s nice to go to a dentists office and not be made to feel bad if your teeth are not in perfect condition but Dr Shi and his staff are very welcoming and comforting and instead of talking down to me actually educated me on what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Shi is very knowledgeable, kind, polite. Takes the time to explore all your options for treatment. Very transparent with pricing. Fit me in when my tooth broke and did the necessary work that same day. And considering that I'm very anxious whenever i have to get dental work done, he did everything be necessary to ensure that i felt no pain. My anxiety level with dentists has dropped considerably as a result. Kudos, dr. Shi!!!!

My wife and I just moved to Chicopee. And I had just broken my tooth! Everything was easy - from making an appointment , filling out documentation and the best part when dr. Shi looked at my case and explained everything in details. My mother is a dentist , so I'm used to high quality work and I found it here. He was also understanding and funny. They were polite nice and it was quick and easy straight to the point told what I need what I had what I needed to do and what I needed to continue to do to have a healthy mouth I was very nervous going in just cuz it the dentist in general but they made me feel like I wasn't talking to a dentist it made me feel like I was talking to somebody I feel comfortable with to talk about my teeth and not feel judged about it it was all nice experience and I'm going to continue to come here to get work done and cleanings and so on
