Happy birthday Pam, you are very compassion and caring person. You made me feel at home the first time I came in. Dr Riel you’re the best, Julia and the Manager up front welcoming and helpful even training a new girl make time and attention to the patient coming in. greeting them by their names, this is why Lakeview Family Dentists is the best place to take care of teeth.if your looking for that kind of compassion and great service. I give them 5 stars!!!!

I always knew the Front staff was professional and very friendly, but going into the dental chair for my emergency episode ( losing a crown off my tooth by another Dentist) they were WONDERFUL!!! All I can say is as a patient I was so at ease with their kindness and rapid response with such I would call a delicate situation… I will be continuing my service always with them! Thank You so much Again :)

I had not been t the dentist in a while die to other things going on healthwise. I finally knew I really had to go and had seen some good reviews for “Lakeview Family Dentist “! They are close so I decided to check them out. That was the greatest move I’ve ever been. There was no chastising for not going to a dentist for a while. They were very kind. They listened to my concerns, they examined my mouth and nicely explained their course of action and talked to me about how it would all work out. I really like the Dentist and his entire staff And his interactions between his staff and the patients. He’ a great Dentist with. Great team. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist. He and the staff will treat you right !! They have been so kind to me and are helping me get my mouth clean and pain free and cavity free all while asking along the way “ are you ok? Do you need me to stop ? “ their kindness and how they work as a team will have me telling everyone about what a great Practice it is, but also about how kind and caring they are. If you’re looking for a dentist Check them out. He and his team are the kindest practice ever. I would recommend them to everyone!

This review is from Cathie Bolduc. My recent experience was perfect. From the pleasant greeting as I entered the front door to having my dentist walk me to the front desk to check out. I was greeted by the most pleasant dental assistant who was extremely friendly and more than respectful of my needs. My dentist was equally friendly and never did I feel like I was just another patient I felt like part of this dental family. I had been going to this practice when it was owned by Dr Pappas for over 30 years and I couldn’t be happier with the new practice, he made a great choice for his patients when he sold. Very clean and professional atmosphere and Pam went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. The dentist and office staff were great as well. Highly recommend!

I have been to several dentist from Salem, NH to Dracut,MA and my brother Tom told me about this practice. I came here and had extraction restorative and implant all in one place. I recommend people here all the time! Best office. I have 4 more implants to have done and looking forward to having them done here!

I was here to see Dr Hoge for possible root canal treatment. She was very nice, professional. She was patient to explain every detail to me, and went through different options - pros and cons, how long recover periods would be etc.
The front desk was very helpful with my pre-visit questions also. She was very nice on phone and emails were also very prompt.
Got me very quick appointment without hassle.

First I have to comment on the staff! Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Second, they were able to see me and help me with an emergency the same day I contacted them.
You couldn't ask for better assistance.
I am so happy I made the transition over to Lakeview Family Dentists.

Had to get a tooth extracted. Not only were they able to get me in the same day. They didn't rush to end their day. They were kind and reassuring. Kept giving me breaks to see how I was doing. They have have wonderful patient care and bedside manners. Made me laugh when they knew I was nervous and kept my mind off of being a nervous wreck. Had been coming to this practice before it was Lakeview family when it was Dr.Pappas, since I was in elementary school, that's over 30 years. And will continue to keep going there.

Just went to Lakeview Family Dentist for the first time. My family needed a new dentist and my wife had an excellent experience there. The staff and customer service was excellent. Both the hygienist and Dr. Riel were awesome and made me feel very welcome. This will definitely be my dentist office going forward.
UPDATED: Had a repair done on a tooth that another dentist struggled with and today they fixed it. So far it is very comfortable and sitting well. Very pleased.
